Pros

Accessibility to child throughout the day through videos photos and notes. Provides piece of mind.

Cons

The photo zooming isn’t smooth, wish I can zoom and scroll about the picture without moving to the next photo.

Pros

Our daycare uses this software to communicate with us and send photos throughout the day. It’s so great to see how he’s eating, sleeping, and playing throughout the day.

Cons

I don’t know if my messages have been delivered. The photos are hard to zoom in on without moving to the next photo.

It's easy to use, good notifications system, pleasent to the eyes. I like that the photos/video go to separate page as well so they were easier to look at, rather than scrolling through every daily report.

Cons

Will get stuck in an endless loop if you use the back arrow button too often.

It’s user friendly and easy to find items, there is not too many options which makes it easier to use.

Cons

I wish that the report wasn’t sent after my child is checked out, I would like to know some of the info that is sent with the report during the day or when my child is actually there.

Pros

I love being able to see what’s going on at my child’s daycare including meals, naps, activities. I love the photos that are easily shared and outside of social media.

Cons

Some teachers use it more than others. I wish they’d use it more. I’d like to see schedules and such on there as well

Pros

I LOVE that I can get a feel for what my son is doing throughout the day when I cannot be with him. This was especially helpful when he was a tiny baby just starting daycare and I was a new mom going back to work. The pictures and data helped me feel good about the care he was receiving.

Cons

I wish the information was real time, I don't know when he napped and for how long or what he had to eat that day until his report is ready to be viewed after I've already picked him up.

HiMama app , though it seems time consuming ( with all the things we have to write for each child)actually saves a lot of time, as we don't have to have a daily Q&A with the parents at the Nursery door .

Pros

HiMama keeps the parents updated with everything that their kids do, taking away from the stress and worry related to their kids well being. Somehow, it is the parents app, more than ours , as they get all their questions answered before they even ask them.

Cons

It is very restrictive with how many photos one can upload and with the video length. Hi Mam

Pros

Seeing pictures and finding out main activities from day.

Cons

I have had trouble sending messages after my daughter’s class changed. My husband can still use the message feature so I have to sign in as him to message teacher.

As godmother, I help my friend with my godson's routine, and that makes it a lot easier, it helps us organize his routine, as we also know his progress at daycare, it's wonderful.

Pros

It's a great app to monitor the day to day of the child, as I do with my godson, along with his parents, and it also makes it easier to deal with the routine and tasks related to the child.

Cons

So far I have nothing to say that has left something to be desired.

Some functions are hard to navigate. You can't reply to an email, I always get a bounce back and have to manually enter in my child's address instead of just being about to reply directly to the one they sent

I was worried about my kid whether she is coping well or not. Himama gives me regular updates of what is she doing, eating and also the calender feature ais excellent.

Pros

I get frequent updates including any pictures of my kid and it is very easy to use the app.

Cons

The picture quality is not at all good. It should be improved.

I appreciate the email summaries generated on a daily basis that go over the days events. Saves time and paper for the parents. It’s also great to communicate with teachers and staff!

Wish we were setup to communicate with some of the school’s vendors such as lunch menu selection.

I love how easy it is to get live updates about how my kids are doing on my phone, and how easy it is to send the teacher a quick message. I also love seeing pictures with captions So I can see what my kids are up to throughout the day.

I like having push notifications so I can have access to all of my daughter’s updates throughout the day. I also love how the daycare can upload photos and collages so I can have little surprises!
