Response from developers on fixing minor bugs is great, lots of attention to detail. Cons Don’t get notifications when a new message is sent by the daycare administrator. Lag time between when an update is posted in the app and the email sent to the parents’ address, especially compared to iPhone (lag) vs Android (no lag).
