I think it's a great tool when the teachers are committed to using it regularly.

Pros

I loved getting photos from my daughter's teacher. I felt so much more involved this way. We make it a point to talk about her school day regularly and the photos give us even more to talk about. Also great for scrapbooking purposes.

Cons

The less tech-savvy teachers did a poor job sending timely updates. Perhaps it's too time consuming or a little too complicated for them. This also made it difficult to rely on the program for sending messages to the teacher. I felt those teachers that weren't regularly using the program to update parents were not likely to be checking for messages either.

Pros

I like that you can have everything related with your child education. I’m like that you can create your galleries.

Cons

It’s frustrating when you try to zoom in a picture. In my opinion you can remove some icons from the bottom nav bar.

Pros

This software has made it really easy to keep track of my child's progress at daycare and see his progress and what he is learning. It is convenient, efficient, and minimized the need for phone check-ins with the teacher which I believe saves both our time. I am able to keep track of what my child needs to bring to daycare and upcoming announcements/information. I love how it consolidates everything into one place.

Cons

There were previously some lagging issues but I believe it has been resolved now.

Pros

I love being at work and receiving updates on my child’s day - I am able to plan for my evening knowing what he has eaten , how much he ate , how long he slept. The pictures are just an added bonus to see my little ones smile during the day !

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about the app - all in all it’s a great tool and I appreciate it very much

My overall experience has been extremely positive and I it’s a nice way where both parents as well as other family members can see what kids are doing and what are they gonna eat and how much did the sleep and diaper changes and everything .In short I would like summarize it as awesome.

Pros

Very cool innovation in terms of being updated about what they did,eat ,how much they slept and pretty much covers each aspect.When I show this app to people in my office they are like wow what a cool thing to keeep track of your child .

Cons

There is nothing that I can think of needs to be added .yaa it would be good if little videos of what’s kids did in the school could be added would be great

Its decent. Needs major updating though.

Pros

Seeing what my kid does everyday is very nice. I like the report at the end of the day.

Cons

Does not update food and sleep until the end of the day. Messaging teacher should be an option. I should not have to message the director as well.

Pros

This app allows me to see photos of my grandson in his special needs daycare. I live 12 hours away so this is great! Allows us to download the pics.

Cons

Photos are sometimes blurry. I wish I could print directly from app.

Hi Mama is a great tool to inform me of activities and photos and videos about our granddaughter. Is it easy to use. The app is wonderful.

Nothing comes to mind. Sometimes the photos are small. But that is not the software. More likely the person taking the photo.

I don't like: - the name of the app. Why in the world does it exclude fathers? That is my least favorite part of this app - the quality of the photos - that you can only see the daily report at the end of the day

The parents seem to like it. Ease of use for the parents

Cons

It is missing so many features and reports. I need to be able to link children to families. I dislike that I have to put everything in again for a sibling. The reports are not helpful. I can not print a lot of what needs to be printed. The messaging interface needs improvements. Hyperlink things on the dashboard... for instance when it says checked in and gives the number of children, I should be able to click that and get a list of checked in kiddos. Limited functionality of the planner. I should be able to upload curriculum and pdf's to the system.

As a parent this app is brilliant for allowing me to see what my child has done for the day. It saves me from having to ask what she ate and how long she napped for upon pick-up. It's a quick and easy way to sum up my child's day.

Pros

I love that I can see how long my child napped for, what she ate for the day, and how often she went to the bathroom and for what.

Cons

I dislike that I am unable to see what my child ate and how long she napped for until the end of the day once the report is completed. The diaper changes are "live" but the nap and food information is not available until the report is completed. I dislike that I cannot see this information as it occurs.
