Pros

Love that I get frequent updates automatically once entered by the daycare teacher. It makes it nice to see how she is doing especially when she is sick.

Cons

I don’t like that I have to wait till the end of the day to see how long my child napped or how much she ate.

The app has been excellent in the daily management of staffing hours and scheduling. It has also been an excellent way to proactively stay in touch with families and an open line of communication.

Pros

The best part about this software is that you're able to send photos & videos to the parents throughout the day.

Cons

We honestly cannot think of anything we don't like about the app.

Im a grandmother of a child in this daycare. I volunteer at the daycare when needed. So it’s nice to see what he is doing during the day.

Pros

I love that it notifies me when updates are available I love the information provided by teachers

Positive.

Pros

User friendly interface was quick and easy to learn. Keeps me informed of how my child is going throughout the day, it’s very comforting. Also I can Review pictures and videos with my child at the end of the day, helping with the after school “what did you do today?” conversation.

Cons

Our school doesn’t seem to use all the options available. Would be nice if they could remove those from my user interface so I didnt notice they weren’t using them.

Pros

What I like the most from HiMama is that I can get live updates and all the information is in one file.

Cons

The least favorite thing about the app is that you cannot see the time stamps on the feedings, naps, potty until the report is finished at the end of the day.

Love getting reports of my little one through HiMama, I am also able to communicate with the teachers. I just wish there was a section to store food menus and and easy way to download pictures and videos of our kids.

Sometimes the program freezes and I will have to log out and then log back in for it to work.

Cons

It seems to be hyrid app, so the user experience is as good as native app. Viewing the daily report is not as intuitive as it should be.

Pros

This app is easy to use and gives you real-time updates. I get a formal report at the end of each day but can also check in to see how my sons been eating and sleeping and the activities they have been doing.

Cons

I like everything about this app so far!

Great.

Pros

I enjoy how easy it is to manage ratios, curriculum, and schedules without having to walk around from class to class.

Cons

I do not like the mail feature. I do not like that when I message staff & center it goes directly to archive. Unless the teacher knows to look out for the memo, they are missing important information. I am having to copy paste and send the info in a staff email. I do not like that the mail goes to an email. I would like it to go directly to the app (the purpose was to free up mail! Not destroy user inboxes).

Reason for choosing Lillio

Called at the right time! No additional research done.
