Amazing

Pros

The notifications when your child’s details are updated helps you see it quickly. Also the updates regarding the daily schedule or of the Day care needs any supplies for kids

Cons

Nothing for now. The app is amazing as it is. I like to not change anything

Pros

I like that I can easily check up on my daughter throughout the day. I like that several users can see one account at one time.

Cons

I don’t love the name. The name HiMama excludes the dads.

I think it is so awesome that I can read about what my daughter is doing all day and actually see her when I am having "mommy withdrawl" :). There are times when I cant actually call due to work but I can just send a message if necessary and it is right there with her teacher.

Pros

Great app for parents to keep up with daily activities of their children.

Cons

it was difficult at first to navigate where to see a picture versus seeing the breakdown of the day. i learned it quickly and am now used to navigating the app.

I love that I receive updates on everything she has done throughout the day. I love that I can also email directly to the teachers and get a response. It is easy to access on my phone and easy to send and receive messages.

Pros

I love that I can see what my child does during the day and I also receive pictures.

Cons

I don’t have any negatives about this app.

As a parent, it helps you feel connected with your kid through the day, even though we don’t get to spend all day with them...Too bad that there isn’t something so the kids can feel closer/connected to their parents through the day.

Pros

The information that allows to share, and the quality of the pictures

Cons

Everytime I log into the app, it asks me to download the app, when I’m actually in the app. Every single time. It’s VERY annoying. Also, when i want to zoom up a picture, if I want to see something in one of the borders of the pic, it will move to either the previous or next pic. As an idea, It would be pretty cool if users/admin could upload videos.

Overall it is ok to use. This is quite simple app and easy to use.

Pros

Super easy to use. Not complicated at all.

Cons

As this is child records, I would like to download all the reports and journals with pictures. Personally would like to keep all the history of my child’s day.

It is fine. I don't feel that it is used as well as it could be on the admin side, but it is nice to see photos and notes on it.

Pros

I like the notifications I receive from it.

Cons

I wish the photos were individual and not in a collage format. This could be due to the admin side of the app.

I am just happy that I do not have to write multiple reports and that I can record events as they happen that I would maybe forget about later in the day.

Pros

Hi Mama saves me the time of doing duplicate daily reports for the students. It includes all the activities and features I need and want to include on my daily reports. It is fairly intuitive and is easy to fix when I press the wrong buttons or need to edit a report. I need to check with my parents to see if they are getting the reports.

Cons

I do feel like it takes time from interacting with the students as I need to sign and type and it is difficult. Still learning the program.

Great program to remain connected and in touch with your child and caregivers during the day if you have to be away. I loved receiving updates and photos of my children to see how they were doing.

Pros

I loved that I received updates telling me when something was added to my child's account/profile such as pictures, routine, etc. The program is simple to use and I love that it's an easy way to receive updates throughout the day in an organized fashion.

Cons

Some pieces could use improvement such as how the information is organized within the app. At times I found it tricky to access certain pieces of information. I didn't use it for long so maybe in time I would have gotten used to it.

I love that I receive updates throughout the day - photos, videos and notes. It’s nice to be able to check in on my child while he is in daycare.

Cons

My only complaint is not being able to zoom into photos without is switching to the next set of pictures.
