Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Daily Snippets Make Going Back to Work Easier" June 18, 2016 4.0 The HiMama app was brought to our use by the day care facility. They use it to give daily updates of our child. I do appreciate receiving the updates and the pictures when they get a chance to send them. The only issue I find is the inability to send a direct type message to the child care facility attendants. I would like to have an area for "supplies" that are running low etc (like diapers, wipes, ointment). Pros I really only use it as an app on a mobile device. I should look at it from a desktop perspective as well. Cons Nothing really with the functionality - just a direct message feature would be awesome! Just select the comment / message icon always visible in the middle of the bottom toolbar. This will send a message directly to your child's educator. I love receiving photos and small updates about his day. I find the daily report at the end of the day useful as well, as I get a summary of his meals and diaper occurrences. I also like that it's an easy way to keep in contact with my child's caregivers (through the messaging part of the app). Cons Sometimes when I am in a certain section of the app I can't figure out how to get back to the main screen. I am pretty computer savvy but I end up having to close the app and start over.
