I like that I can see what’s going on with my kid at school in real time. Not only can their teachers fill out information but they can post pictures as well

Pros

I like the ease and paperless way the parents get a daily snapshot of what their children are doing during the day.

Pros

The cost and the flexibility to get the cost to adjust to my budget.

Cons

I don’t like the phone in the staffs hands all the time. It distracts them from the children. I had to make the rule to only make entries during nap time.

I didn't like that when you clicked on an image in the App, it didn't enlarge. It was hard to see images.

I love the communication between me and the childcare providers about what our child needs at daycare!! Also my fav part is the photos

Pros

I love this app makes it easy for our daycare providers to fill us in on everything happening throughout the day. I love seeing when they eats some pictures of them and even knowing when they use the bathroom! It gives me a lot of reassurance knowing that the routines are still in place every day and that my child is safe and having fun and well cared for

Sometimes when I post message response is it glitches and post it several times in a row

Coming from a Daycare that did not have this app, I really enjoyed being able to see how my kids were doing especially having an infant at the time and having the open communication with the teachers.

Pros

I can see how my children are eating, drinking and napping to know if something is off or not. Have a conversation with the Teacher regarding all of the above. Also they let you know if any of the supplies are needed which helps remind me to get it for pickup or next day. Just overall nice open communication to have.

Cons

Can't say much right now. Only have been using the app for 2-3 months
