We love this app & it is a great way to stay in the loop of how our kids are doing at preschool.

Pros

It’s great that we can receive updates on how our kids are doing at school. We get pictures, messages, videos etc.

Cons

We would prefer to be able to view meal & nap time information prior to the log being “completed” at the end of the day. Everything else is able to be logged through the day, except this information.

We are loving this new way of communicating.

Pros

We enjoy being able to contact the parents in a private manner. Parents are able to communicate better, less of a barrier. Families can see what they are doing, learning and eating at daycare without us wasting paper.

Cons

Updates-Took 3 months to fix notifications for Iphones, always having to refresh to get new messages or they do not show up. Unable to search the archive for past messages. The planning tool could be a bit better, some of it is not relevant. It can be quick but it can also not be quick.

It's my first experience with a childcare app and if we ever moved to a facility without one, I'd request HiMama for sure.

Pros

The messaging feature, super easy to check my kids in and out, and the updates on his food and naps so we can plan our bedtimes and meals accordingly.

Cons

The app works great for our toddler, but we never seem to get the pictures of our preschooler that her daycare providers are trying to send. Sometimes reports don't finalize either. All the bugs seem to be on the provider end but it would be really nice if the pictures worked and were 'savable'.

It is definitely beneficial to find the areas of improvement for the kid and also to keep track of his progress.

Pros

Himama gives you very good track and progress of your Kid and helps to motivate the kid and nurture them better by seeing their photos and activities they are interested in. The App captures food,activity and Photos of the kid and it is very easy to navigate and use.

Cons

Sometimes it crashes on you and photos are not zoom-able. We would like to see videos as well on this App. Some of the limitations on the App restricts the teacher to upload videos.
