Pros

it's performing ok. Loads quickly on my phone.

Cons

I thoroughly dislike the name HiMama. I think it's excluding all the fathers out there who care for their children. If you go to any daycare or pediatrician you will just as many dads there as moms if not more. It's 2022.

occasionally the app isn’t working but it is never down for long.

It makes communication with the staff so easy. No emails that are getting lost in your inbox next to all those spam messages. I like that it is interactive and easy to use, keeps you up to date on the daily schedule, activities and reports. Thumbs up!

Pros

Easy communication with the child care team/staff. Real-time information and updates on daily activities plus daily report. Easy sharing of pictures and messages. Like that the schedule is available as well and that you can also keep your own private journal if you want.

Cons

There is nothing in specific that I do not like about this software.

Pros

The app is good, it's for the most part simple to navigate.

Cons

I find some of the UI confusing in the way it returns to the previous display/tab when you're looking at photos for example. The back arrow seems to keep track of your tap history or browse history actually. I would change this so that the back arrow always returns to you the home tab instead of the previously previous (this feels a lot like the android back button); while this may be comfortable or very familiar for Android users, it feels weird/foreign to an iOS user.

Great customer We service and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. May visit this app again in the future.

Pros

Great app, bright colors, and very user friendly with great features and can be used for daily reporting, attendance tracking and financials all in one.

Cons

Not a fan of the pricing structure and it seems there is a lot of wiggle room as we were offered multiple discounts during the same phone conversation. If this is the case, why not price it better to begin with?

Pros

I absolutely love the photo updates - they are my favourite feature. I also like being able to see an overview of my child's day, what she ate and how much, how long she napped, etc. The daycare experience is new territory for us so using the app has been helpful during a somewhat emotional transition.

Cons

I'm not able to offer any cons but I would recommend a different set-up for the contact page - perhaps more of a live-chat where the user can see if their message has been read by daycare staff and receives the response there.
