Pros I like that I have access to the information on HiMama wherever I am, versus a notebook entry to review at daycare pickup. Cons I would love to get napping information earlier so that we could know after work and adjust bedtime accordingly. Right now we get nap info after out child’s bedtime. Review Source Andrew T. I've spoken to the teachers and all they can tell me is that they've heard of this issue before. I've tried updating, removing and replacing the app - but nothing works. I can't access support because the app doesn't work. Pros When it works, it's great. I can see pictures of my kid and learn about his day. I think it's amazing when it's functioning, but in my case that's been about 5% of the time. Cons Most of the time I just get the loading pinwheel and can't actually use the app. Some other times, the app will open and then close instantly. The set up and execution is really simple even for those who are not very good with technology. They give you time to decide if you want to continue with their software after requesting more information, and don't call and harass you nearly as much as other companies.
