Pros

The teaching staff are mire willing to use this software to communicate with parents because it’s quick and easy. I receive more Updates and photos throughout the day because of this. Also it’s very easy to check in and checkout students who are coming and going.

Cons

Nothing to add, it’s been great. I like being able to download the photos

I have saved so much time using the software. Time that is now used to create curriculum without sacrificing time with my own family.....like before I started using HiMama.

Pros

You thought of everything. Just when I think, "It would be cool if only."....I find the an answer to my question either by navigating on my own through the VERY easy program or submitting a question on live chat. Customer service is outstanding!

Cons

So far I absolutely love everything about it and have no complaints whatsoever. The software's fantastic. :)

Pros

I like how simple the structure is. It's easy to find the information relevant to me and I just like having this information available to me in the first place.

Cons

I've tried repeatedly to get the app to send me notifications on my IPhone and they simply don't work. Instead I have to rely on the email updates telling me that there are new things for me to look at. What the hell! I don't always check my email regularly so it sucks that I can't get the app to notify me when there are updates.

I get logged out daily and therefore I don’t get push notifications unless I log in every day.

Good experience for using this software.

Pros

HiMama has been very useful for my family needs. I like the fact that HiMama was intuitive to use and very helpful.

Cons

I found that the most tasks i had it started to become a bit difficult to manage to be honest. Not that anything wrong with the software, it just that the most things i had on the software to manage this more complicated i got.

I'm a mother of a child, attending a daycare that uses HiMama app. I can feel that I'm not away because I see instant updates of my child's activities and I can message his teachers.

Pros

Instant/Daily updates while I'm in school on my son's schedule and activities

Cons

I don't have anything to add, but maybe in the future their could be a section of a live feed of the classroom to be able to see my child while he is away. (Would work better for infants' classrooms because they can't share or talk about their day as the older children).

Excellent

Pros

Hi Mama is amazing! I love that I know what my child is up to during the day, and that I can get photos of her from daycare. I also really like that I can see when she last ate or had a diaper change, and how long she slept. Makes being at work away from her much easier.

Cons

The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t see how long my child has been asleep during the day until I pick her up. It’s be nice to know if she’s asleep before I get there, as I never want to wake her up!
