I am a parent user.

Pros

I love the daily notifications and the ability to see a report from my childs daily activities. Also the app is fairly easy to use.

Cons

I dont like how I cannot save pictures directly to my phone from either within the email notification or when I open the app. If this feature is available it is not easy to find.

This app keeps me involved with my children’s days at school and helps me to communicate with teachers. It allows me to start conversations about what they learned or did that day with some context beforehand.

Pros

It’s extremely helpful to see what my kids have done throughout the day and to have direct contact with the educators without disrupting their day with a phone call etc. I love seeing the planned day and photos of them playing and learning.

Cons

There are a lot of emails which I will have to adjust my preferences on.

It captures what's going on in my child's day and it's easy to use. The pictures are clear and I'm glad there is an area for the teachers to write what's going on.

Cons

It should be more interactive to communicate with the teachers. When things are posted it would be good if parents could respond for the teachers to answer

When our daycare introduced the app, we were very excited. The staff were able to send us daily reports on food intake, bowel movements, napping times and even images. We signed up for the app and were excited to use it. Its a good check into the previous photos that had been taken. As for usage, I wish the app would allow me to download the photos of my kids. The teachers take photos everyday but rarely remember to send it by email as well. It would be nice to either select in the app to have images emailed or to be able to download images. Also, the images that are being uploaded or emailed are really low resolution even if they are being taken by an ipad which have good solutions. It also be great if I could also access the daily reports historically. I can go back to the emails that are sent daily but that would defeat the purpose of the app. Why would I need the app? We only use the app as the daycare uses it. If not, the functionality is limited for home use so without the ability to do some of the things mentioned, we wouldn't recommend it for family to log in or use it at home.

This is our 3rd attempt to finding a quality app to suit our needs of better communication with our families, teachers, and Director. We couldn't be happier. Our families love being a part of their child's day and this app accomplishes just that, from lesson plans to menus, to teacher-parent communication. We just love it!

The only con I still struggle with is the billing. I wish it was set up for credits to roll over for the next month invoices.

Pros

I love how I can get a detailed schedule of my child’s day, including what she has eaten, diaper changes, and length of nap. It really helps to know what to expect when you pick them up. It is also great to see photos and videos throughout the day of what she is doing! Easy to communicate with teachers and directors with any questions we may have throughout the day as well.

Cons

None that I can think of, it has been a great tool to have since our daughter started daycare.
