Pros

The ability to have communication with parents. For the parents that we aren't able to see on a daily basis it helps build trusting relationships. Parents love getting information throughout the day, it makes them feel more a part of their child's day.

Cons

Hard to say, but some days it is more difficult to even have time to use and then the parents are disappointed in not getting a picture or information. This is no fault of the app., it is just the nature of childcare.

It doesn't always have a timestamp of daily activities. It doesn't show check-in and check-out times. The messages section is a little weird. I can't see if I have a message unless I click into the message section.

I am not part of the business so I can’t say. I just view the information inputted by my sons daycare. Last time he was at this daycare they didn’t have this app, now they do ( left for a year and came back) glad they have it. Super helpful.

Pros

Ability to see what my son does in a day at daycare - food, washroom breaks, naps. Marking him absent

Cons

I am a mom that has a son that goes to a daycare that uses this app. I don’t input anything I just get to see what my son does in a day. So for this reason I’m enjoying the app.

I have loved it so far. Being able to share photos from it with family is always a plus as well!

Pros

What I like most is that this lets you keep up with how your child is doing during the day rather than having to wait until the end of the day to see how things went. It’s a user friendly app that anyone should have.

Cons

I don’t like that you have to wait until the final report to see what kind of diapers the child had. If you watch it throughout the day you don’t get that information easily.

I love that I can see pictures of my child throughout the day and I love that I can view his daily report at the end of the day.

There are no cons to usIng this app. I think it’s easy to use and very convenient that I can view from my phone.
