So far so good

Pros

I can view my daughters day and the touch of an app. If I want to check up on her and see how she is feeling or what she is doing Throughout her day I can. It also gives me peace of mind as a working busy mom that my baby is at school she is happy and fed and with her loving teachers.

Cons

It’s a little difficult to expand pictures and videos. I would like to be able to share and save and send the videos to my phone . Not sure if that is a feature ?

On days unable to pickup or drop off my kid to and fro from daycare , I can do digital check in and check out with my helper friends and check the time in n timeout they took care of my kid.

Pros

My son goes to day care and I use this app to login as a parent and check on my sons day with snapshots of his pics and activities he is involved during his stay with his friends and caregivers.

Cons

I do not have any issues using this app as it is delivers all the security and check on my kid while in day care.

We are pleased with our overall experience with the HiMama App. It has helped us reduce the amount of paperwork we need to print out, staff are able to communicate with parents on a daily basis and assist us with all billing.

Pros

Parents love receiving daily reports about their little ones. Less printed material. Simple for staff to learn how to use.

Cons

Setup up process takes a few days, but HiMama staff provides a lot of assistance during the setup stages.

I love that HiMama kept me updated with what was happening with my little one throughout the day. Having an infant, it's especially helpful to know when he last ate, was changed, and napped. Particularly if say my husband picked him up from daycare that day, or if I was in a hurry and didn't have a chance to chat with the teachers about his day.

Pros

I love that I could see parts of the report during the day. It gave me an idea of what was going on and what kind of day he was having.

Cons

I find it difficult to navigate to the daily logs at times, especially on the smart phone version. Often times it would take a little bit of searching to find what I was looking for. A more comprehensive menu or toolbar would be helpful.

As a caretaker for a child, it's good to keep track of child's activities.

Pros

It's good for people who want to document and track each development relating to their child. The reporting feature has more benefits when it comes to tracking the health of a child.

Cons

It's a useful tool. However, it may seem overkill in the situation. I have been a user and the reporting is good, but there aren't many ways to progressively use the insights.

As a parent I LOVE the app. Before our daycare provider was sending updates through text, which is nice, but I really like being able to see the full report in one view on the app.

Pros

It allows me easy and fast access to my son's day at daycare - how he's feeling, what activities they are up to, what he's eating, toilet entries, nap times etc., I also love the ability to see pictures!

Cons

At first I found the app a bit tricky to navigate, but now that I've using it for a while it's gotten easier.

I really enjoy using HiMama Preschool & Child Care App, this app provides me my child's activities in the school and I like to see the smiling face and know that he had a good time in the school. Additionally, I can leave a message with the teachers in the school, and it's very efficient.

Pros

I can get the remainder of my child's pics every day when I miss my child. and I can leave a message to the teacher and get a reply from them.

Cons

can't download the pic as a single one, I would like to download the pics from the app.
