Overall I like the product but could do without all the calls and emails

Pros

Easy and convenient, I can use it on my phone, iPad or tablet..

Cons

Not so much the software that I have a problem with as to the amount your people call and email me.. it makes me feel obligated and pressured when I shouldn't feel that way.. I understand that you wanna make sure I utilize all the features available but it's a little excessive!

When we enrolled our Child in Rainbow Pre-School, we were concerned on how to track her activities on Daily Basis. We were told by the friend staff at School about the HiMama App and sence then we are in love with this app. We use this app more than any other App to track her activities, schedule, communicate with Teachers We would like to thank you for creating such a wonderful app. God Bless You Guys

It's very intuitive and great customer service (I love the live chat feature).

Cons

Please change it so you can enter a child/staff sign out on a later date. Sometimes my teachers forget to sign out and I don't catch it until the next day.

Pros

My daughter joined a daycare in Sept 2019 that used this software and I love everything about this site-it’s an amazing tool to exchange information, post pictures and link the parent-childcare staff together. The daily updates are so wonderful and I thoroughly enjoy being so connected with my daughters day even when I’m not with her.

Cons

Nothing I don’t love actually, this is my first experience with it and I’m all positive and happy with it.

Pros

I like being able to have real-time updates on my daughter while I am away at work. Being able to know what she is doing exactly at the time I log in is a nice feature and being able to be sent pictures is the best! Opening up the app to a picture posted can turn my bad day at work around into a good one!

Cons

Not being able to view how long she slept or how well she ate throughout the day until the report is finalized is a downside of the app

Overall it serves the purpose of seeing the pics of my child that i want to see.

Pros

Simplicity - easy to use. Has all the functionality that i would hope for in an app to see my child at daycare while i cannot be with him.

Cons

Nothing - all is fine. I wish there were a few more features.. not sure what though!

Very happy. Everything can always be improved, but this functions great as is.

Pros

It has all information I would need for communication and updates that I would be interested in. Only additional idea would be somewhere to highlight health related concerns, fevers, or any concern we should be aware of from the daycare about class health.

Cons

Technically, some smoother, quicker loading, auto updates without having to “pull” the screen down to force an update...
