We can’t spend each day with our little guy, but getting photos allows us to share in his day a little bit and sparks discussion after school. We also are kept on the loop about upcoming events by the teachers, which is super handy for busy, dual working parents. Pros We love Getting daily photos of our child’s day. Pros I love knowing exactly what my daughter ate, how long she slept, and the pictures always brighten my day. I also like how the app gives you a notification when the educators post something new. Overall easy to use and great information for the parents. We are able to complete and present to parents not only a written report but a visual one as well. Parents have commented that they love this system and appreciate that all the things we were giving them in the past is now in a nice neat package at the end of the day. They also like that they can peek to see a bit of progress as items are added throughout the day. I as a facilitator and owner appreciate that reports are actually being completed - and in a professional manner. I also appreciate your team working with us to tweak the system to our needs. December 19, 2019 5.0 I always post on socials about this add and do screen shoots I’ve never used something like this and we love it as parents Pros I didn’t know this kind of app existed I think should be essential for any daycare it makes life easier and saves time too , I don’t have to ask for my kids schedule or wonder if they did something because I can just log in and get notified and see the pictures is a bonus! My staff can get daily sheets done more efficiently with this app. Cons The billing feature is not user friendly. Parent check in is a little confusing we had to log out of the app and connect through a search engine. Reason for choosing Lillio The app was more compatible with our center needs. Cons Recently as few weeks, I am getting late delays especially on ‘nap has started’ after at least an hour later. Why only this notification and not others which I get almost instantaneously. Every time I hear "I wish my daycare had that". Its never easy sending your little one off to daycare. I'm sure we'd all rather stay home with them but thats rarely feasible these days. It gives me great comfort to be able to check in on him throughout the day. I have found when he was younger and trying foods for the first time, I'd encounter a funky diaper and cursed myself for not checking the book in the chaos of pickup time. With the HiMama app, I'm able to see exactly what he ate that day and find the culprit. Similarly, I can see how his eating and napping were during the day when the evening attitudes pike up and we suspect he may be getting ill. As I said.... I love this program and that I am able to have it on my iPhone, and Daddy and Grandma can check in too. It brings me a little closer to my baby when I have to be at work and that brightens my day and eases the never-ending mom guilt of not being able to be with him Review Source JM John M. I feel more comfortable and at ease. Pros I like that I know what’s going on with my child throughout the day. I like that I can see pictures. Cons The only thing I would like is a weekly message to go over my child’s progress that week in care. I like that I can know when and how long he napped, how much and what he ate, and how often he was changed. I also receive pictures and can easily communicate with the director and teachers.
