### "I love the app, please fix the glitches! "

I really love this app. It lets me see what my son is doing during the day and keep a daily record of his activities. I do find there are a few things that can be modified on this app to improve the ease of use. Here are a few suggestions : 1. Make headlines and reports available offline 2. Be able to save pictures directly to your device 3. Be able to operate in both portrait and landscape. 4. Ensure that the reports received in email are the same ones in the app. For example, when I receive my email report, there is a section listing fluids consumed. However, in the app, this section is always missing 5. Sometimes in the report, the sections are in duplicate I.e repeated notes, bathroom etc. thanks for your time!

Hi Nicole, Thank you so much for your great feedback! If you often receive duplicate entries or other errors in your reports you can mention this to your child's teacher. We'll have a new version of the app out in the next couple weeks that will fix the fluids section. Thanks again!

### "I feel close to my son"

It is an amazing experience to use this app. As i have said before... i feel it to be a connection between me and my son when he is at day care and i am at work

Pros

Even when my son is at daycare, i feel close to him as i know when he is doing what. I feel very relaxed as i am constantly updated with all his activities. And also its fun to see his videos and pictures

Cons

I have not come across anything So far that i dont like about this app

Find is keeps crashing frequently App will no open. Opens to. Blank screen Have to remove and reinstall the app to get it working again Frustrating if trying to get information during the day. A few times I have not been able to access at all until days later Using an iPhone 10

Pros

I love that daycare can send instant updates about my child throughout the day and I can answer within the app as well. This limits time worrying about what my child is doing at any given minute while I am at work.

Cons

There have been some times when the app was down or not functioning and our day care center had to keep track of activities via paper. This has happened more than twice in 6 months.

I love this app and tell all my friends about it! It’s so great to feel involved in my daughters day while I am at work. It makes it easy to talk to her about her day when I know what she has been up to.

Pros

I love being able to see what my daughter is up to and always makes my day to get photos and updates of her from daycare. I love that I can see what meals they are eating and how she is doing.

Cons

No complaints so far. I really enjoy this app.

Pros

When our son started school, we were unsure of how he would adjust, how we would track his needs, etc and this app takes care of all of that! We get daily reports of his activities including what he eats/bathroom breaks/and any supply needs. We can also email directly with his teachers right from the app. It’s great!

Cons

You don’t get all of the information (food, naps) until the day is complete.

Disappointing

Pros

I love the concept, although I question and am concerned about the amount of time my child’s educator might spend wrestling with this non-intuitive and glitchy interface...since that’s what I’m doing on the user end.

Cons

Non-intuitive and glitchy when I’m clicking around. Hard to zoom photos and never sure what reaction you’ll get from a click. Just overall not fun or easy to navigate.

This software allows you to track everything when it comes to your child care. I like that I can see what meals your child eats and employees can even attach photos.

Cons

You can only see certain details (meals, naps, etc.) when the report is finalized, typically at the end of the day.

Pros

Love getting updates of my children’s day at school. Love that I am able to communicate one on one with their teachers. Any concerns or comments are able to be added. Love seeing pictures of what they are up to.

Cons

Quality of pictures. Wish they were more clear and not blurry. Other than that not really any cons.

I really like HiMama because I’m able to see everything my son has done through the day from eating to restroom use. I love that the teachers are able to upload pictures of the kids activities and incident reports, Incase needed in the future. My family and friends also really agree with the idea of HiMama and think it’s great as well!

It's been a great experience. Puts a new parents mind at ease that you can keep track of what your child is up to on a daily basis.

Pros

I loved how the software gives notifications as soon as anything was added to the site so I am always kept in the loop. It's user friendly and easy to navigate.

I don't have any issues per say.... i am not sure how to send memo's direct to the teachers... but i think i just need to be shown.

It updates parents on time. Most of the time when people aware of the HiMama, so they send their children. It does not have negative conversation.

Pros

HiMama is very friendly. The parents are very happy with HiMama. It cares about children. Children learn many things, but their parents are also delighed.

There is nothing to dislike it. Besides, I do not hear negative conversation. Sometimes, it does not allow camera pictures.

Web app needs some work very slow don't get updates have to go directly to the website Would love a messaging part I like to email my providers different notes but can't tell if they got it or if on staff reads it do all see it.... like a communication board Medication section would be nice to know if dosage was give and when Overall love love love this product have no idea what I would do without it.... I know it's a lot more work for the staff so I hope it's user friendly on there end

As a parent, I think every preschool and child care institution should use this app. It keeps parents well connected to their children during the day.

Pros

The daily report on this app is very helpful. I can easily monitor their meals, nap times and other activities. Everyday when I take my child home, I can review the report and plan the evening routine accordingly.

Cons

There should be an option to save the pictures from the app.

I really liked that as soon as I signed up for the free trial, I got a phone call from HiMama. The lady asked if I needed any help with anything and that they would be able to answer any questions I have.

Pros

I like how everything is easily available for my business. I can track meals, payments, and attendance.

A little confusing at first. I haven't tried HiMama on my computer yet, just from my phone. Using free trial as of right now.

Other than having to constantly login and the photo limitations it's good.

Pros

I like that I can communicate directly with my daycare provider.

Cons

Every time I use the app it makes me login, and asks me if i want to download the app. Even though i am in that moment using the app. Also, why can't I zoom into the pictures sent to me or enlarge them or even save them to my phone without having to screenshot it?

It's very nice to check my kid's daily activity through the app.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It gives parents a peace of mind to check the kid's daily schedule and activities. The function of adding photos is a plus!

Cons

Not really. But if there's an option for parents to self-check-in to enter a baby the last bottle at home and wake up time, it will help teachers to monitor and adjust the baby's schedule.
