Solo Reviews

Over-designed, clunky at times, but it looks pretty and works well for the price.

Pros: Covers time tracking, invoicing, multiple projects. Nice to look at, doesn't seem dated or have an ugly interface.

Cons: More focus seems to be on design, rather than functionality and consistency. Users have to tell the developers about technical bugs before they're own team discovers them at times. Seems like a very small team of developers managing the large platform, which can be frustrating when the price tag per year is $150 per seat.

Overall: I find that the platform is over-designed without having robust and reliable service. There are not many all in one project management platforms that also help with invoicing, so its definitely a top contender however. I used it for about a year, increasingly getting frustrated as their team added and/or removed specific features without warning. Their payment connection with Stripe failed arbitrarily and I couldn't charge my clients for a week, having to further explain to my clients the issues at hand, which was less than optimal obviously.

Recommendations to other buyers: They're service drastically changed, and left a pretty large issue lingering for too long regarding their credit card processing connection to Stripe. After complaining and asking for a partial refund, I was refused completely, even though they have a responsibility to offer their agreed upon service in exchange for their service fee. Either way, found a much more reliable and friendly service through Harpoon. (harpoon app.com)
