Pros: nothing to report at this time, none, cumbersome and slow

Cons: very slow and cumbersome , slow response times and just not ready for fast responses

Comments: As a manager, it is an excellent tool to easily see what your sales team knows about your customer and the opportunities at hand (and the gaps in their knowledge). Saving everyone from having to regurgitate the same information, you can review the data in a visual way and provide questions of understanding and help your team think more like the customer.

As a sales rep, it is an excellent tool to store the qualitative side of the information you gather and easily self coach yourself on what you know and what you need to know in order to fill in the gaps in your knowledge. Also saves you time since you can easily share what you know without constant internal meetings and calls allowing the time to be better spent on how to take things to the next level.
