"Escapia provides an excellent tool for property managers! "

**Overall:** Escapia is an excellent product and provides exceptional value for the cost. The technical support team are efficient, knowledgable and very professional.

**Pros:** Feature rich and stable platform. Phone technical support is excellent. Escapia provides excellent value for the cost.

**Cons:** Various platforms and add ons are not as tightly integrated as we would like, including integration with Airbnb and other platforms outside of the Expedia group. Integrations should be seamless and not problematic for users.

"Works well but not without challenges"

**Pros:** Overall, it has been a reliable solution that meets our needs. The software generally works well and provides most of the functionality we require. When it’s running smoothly, it’s a great tool.

**Cons:** Like any platform, it’s not without its challenges. We’ve encountered occasional bugs and performance hiccups, and sometimes support response times could be improved. However, the team seems committed to making improvements.
