We are a digital marketing firm based in Mumbai, India. At RiseIT, we expect a responsible standard of security, time-efficiency, and comfort for our employees, given that our office is open 24 hours. We also expect a level of health consciousness, given that our office is designed as an open floor plan, with a lot of interaction between the employees for the creative work and a high risk of contact and transmission. With the VAMS system, we could customize features to these parameters. Through the VAMS interface, employees could update the parking spaces online so that incoming employees knew if the parking spaces were taken or not. Through a health screening questionnaire, employees and other visitors would have to answer questions on symptoms before they entered to prevent careless transmission. Deliverymen and technicians doing repairs in the office (for over a week) would have the means to create a special ‘Contractor ID’ that they could show to the building security. Every log-in and log-out of the system requires a special QR code and/or biometric ID, thus reducing the number of unauthorized visits.
