Pros

What's good with the tool is that it's easy to use and deployment. With the tool you are able to manage the application in different levels. What's best is that you get a real time monitor of the application performance.

resolving and finding issues before they arise, as well as being able to find app and services crashes without log files

Pros

The ability to preemptively find errors and resolve them is not matched by anything else on the market

Cons

Honestly not much to dislike, it runs very discretely on user pc's the Nexthink finder GUI is very clean and easy to use

Pros

Good when it works, captures a lot of data around how and what users are running. You can really see the types of applications that fail regularly on your estate

Cons

Setup seems a bit fiddly, and we have found sometimes the data collection stops randomly, customer support have suggested a few things but not really nailed it yet.
