Pros

Conceptually the software should do what is needed for our intended purpose. Post implementation staff is helpful and responsive.

Cons

Limited functionality and reporting. Back office data is not provided unless specifically requested. We have no visibility to site usage. Customer facing data is confusing and not user friendly.

Our experience with EZ Transport for almost. 15 years has been wonderful.

Pros

Most impactful, is that it works flawlessly ,easy to use, web based. No extra hardware to purchase. Unlimited amount of users. Records and reports every piece of data required for reporting data to the Federal Transportation Administration.

Cons

There is nothing about this software that I do not like.

Reasons for choosing EZTransport

WE chose EZ Transport because unlike other systems that could only do parts of what we needed. EZ Transport not only promised to do everything we needed, but they delivered on it also. Over the years as we have grown in size and reporting requirements have grown EZ Transport has been able to adapt to our needs which is a big plus considering most other software programs have to be scapped and a whole new system created and installed .

Very happy with the overall product! It works great for us . I am especially happy with customer service/technical support. They are very responsive. I have great relationships with company.

Pros

The product is intuitive and user friendly. Staff train our agencies on use of pulling reports and everyone is happy that it’s easy to access and use. Internet based is the way to go!

Cons

Some things have to be customized to make them work four operation. Tab can add up over the years!

Pros

This software is mostly intuitive; moreso if you're well-versed in computer software in general. This program makes it very easy to identify our clients, sort trips by destinations, origins, customer type, taxi provider, etc. The information is available at a glance. Any issues identified are rectified quickly.

Cons

There are certain parts that do require some training by the vendor. While most of it is turnkey, there are parts of it that require handholding, at least the first time. There was an issue identified with paid vs unpaid (but still provided) trips that the system has a difficult time resolving, so I need to wait for reports to be sent monthly instead of retrieving them from the EZTransport portal, but that could very well be an internal policy here that EZTransport is not built to solve. In any case, they've worked with me to provide the needed data, if outside the EZTransport program.
