I think it will be the best move for my company. I think that the customer service or training team is great. I like that if there is a question or concern, the Striven team reaches out to help quickly. We are not having to wait hours for a response. Pros I like that the training team is flexible. I think that the Striven team is extremely responsive and tries to get the issue addressed in a timely manor. Cons I am not sure just yet, I can not think of what I like the least until I am fully in Striven, right now I am still in the training phase.
