I like the potential that I see. I think it will be the best move for my company. I think that the customer service or training team is great. I like that if there is a question or concern, the Striven team reaches out to help quickly. We are not having to wait hours for a response.

Pros

I like that the training team is flexible. I think that the Striven team is extremely responsive and tries to get the issue addressed in a timely manor.

Cons

I am not sure just yet, I can not think of what I like the least until I am fully in Striven, right now I am still in the training phase.

Smart Service is not as up to date as it should be, the features that we could be using are extra in Smart Service. It crashes at least once a day and has to be closed out and reopened which takes too long when it is busy season.

Our experience switching to Striven has been great. The training and migration team was excellent, and truly took in consideration what we needed and focused on the aspects we were going to use and didn't waist unnecessary time on the parts that didn't apply to us.

Pros

Striven's inventory management capabilities along with their accounting software was exactly what we needed to effectively manage our business.

Cons

Would like to see more employee W-2 management capabilities, but that is minor and did not stop us from switching to Striven.

Very smooth with support along the way. Taking each part of the system 1 by 1, learning how to use and how to make part of the company's work flow.

Pros

Designed for needs of each client. The system is designed looking at each part of the clients needs and can be implemented when they are ready

Cons

Learning curve to learn the system. So many options available, so change is needed to implement the system correctly.

Overall, the experience has been good. They have a coordinator that is helping get the set-up scheduled and completed.

Pros

So, far the team has been knowledgeable and offered help getting things set up. The initial contact was great, an appointment was set up and the rep was very responsive.

Cons

I do not have any dislikes at this time. The team assigned to help get our data migrated is friendly and knowledgeable.

Since the very beginning, the Striven team has been outstanding in guiding us and ensuring we get the very best out of the platform for our specific needs.

Pros

What I appreciate the most about Striven is the amazing support team and the overall ease of use, which makes my daily tasks much more efficient and enjoyable.

Cons

What I like the least about Striven is the search bar, which I find not very optimal and could definitely be improved for better efficiency.

My overall experience with Striven has been great. The system is intuitive, the features cover everything we need, and their support team has been responsive whenever questions come up. It’s given us real peace of mind knowing everything is in one place.

Pros

I really like how Striven brings everything into one place. Instead of bouncing between different apps for accounting, project management, CRM, and HR, I can handle it all in a single system. It’s intuitive, customizable to how we actually work, and the support team is always quick to respond when we need help. Having that all-in-one setup saves us a ton of time and makes our processes so much smoother.”I really like how Striven brings everything into one place. I honestly haven’t run into anything I don’t like about Striven yet. The platform has been easy to learn, flexible enough to fit our needs, and reliable day to day. I’m sure as we use it more we may find small things to improve, but so far everything has worked really well for us.

I've had a great experience so far. Its been a huge help with my growing company, and I'll be able to utilize so many Striven features once I grow into them.

Pros

There are so many options to use the program and tailor it to your specific needs. I also love that their reps and engineers are so helpful and very open to suggestions.

Cons

With all the options, it can be a bit overwhelming at times. BUT, this is where the staff shines because they are always so patient and helpful!

Very satisfied. Just finished migration and looking forward to fully implementing Striven. The Striven Team has given us the confidence to fully integrate Striven for all our software needs.

Pros

Integrated all in one software package. That combines scheduling, inventory and accounting. Plus it is very customizable.

Cons

The long onboarding process. However, the Striven Team made it seem easy. They were very patient and also had a great knowledge of their product.

We were able to do most of the migration of data and setup on our own. Technical support at Striven is excellent and you have multiple options for how to access help and information.

Pros

1.Very excellent support with multiple options when help is needed 2.Full access and functionality on my iPhone & iPad 3.Added other powerful business functions such as CRM & Project Management 4.Affordable for our small business but can easily scale up as we grow 5.Miles IT is always trying to improve the product and listens to users

Cons

We had to find a workaround for not having the built-in payroll functions of our old accounting. When we move to using an outside payroll company, we will be able to make use of Striven's integrations.
