We are also using Alerts for document renewals etc. Pros Doccept was a choice we finalized after we reviewed 4-5 fancy Solutions, What we liked initially and still continue doing so is - Its simple design and extremely easy to use functionalities. We could implement the Solution across 5 of our branches in approximately 3 weeks and we are pretty much Paperless (except some mandatory stuff) right now. Appreciate their Dubai based Implementation team for patience and neatly laid out approach. Cons Couldn't find any as of now. Good to have features were shared to them, and seems they are coming up too! With 95% of our staff being Expats, we had huge number of employee documentation such as Passports, National ID, Contracts, Payroll, Insurance and many other which needs to be securely maintained and also be tracked for renewals. Doccept gives us timely alerts to respective department heads, Customized reports for specific type of documentation and their renewals and also integrated Workflows. Pros: Easy to User, Configurable, Extremely responsive Support Team, Interesting Features such as Auto Folder Structure, Email Routing and Alerts. Cons: Arabic Interface not available, which is not a mandatory for our organization.
