Cons Some things are inflexible, like being able to edit all components of an email, and uploading pages with information about specific programs. Pros The ease with which Graduway allows me to connect with alumni and seek out new clients is the best thing about it. Pricing is competitive and I've received great customer service a few times I've run into problems. It also provides great career navigation to alumni of different institutes. Cons The notifications are not locality specific, I get notifications of events happening 1000 miles away, they can try to address this and provide more updates about local events. The web portal is easy to set up. Tables and list export to an Excel spreadsheet for maintenance. Majority of the features are there. The interface is friendly and easy to use. and use. Pros Highly customizable, well designed and easy to set up. Can add additional fields for customization to your school. Implementation team is organized and knowledgeable. Cons The integration plug-in with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is not yet ready. There is unknown about how this will integrate with other applications. We were looking for a platform that would allow alumni, students and parents to engage/connect with each other, and more importantly offer and connect on career interests and services. The product is simple yet significant and the company has been great to work with. I definitely recommend the product. Pros Ease of use for constituents and for back end users. Ability to link to social accounts - especially LinkedIn. Customization of key career fields/questions and the ability to generate emails to groups based on interests. Visually, it is also appealing to a younger audience. Cons I wish we could sync back into our database and/or get a little more information into the platform, and then out of it. February 27, 2018 5.0 Pros The admin back-end, after navigating the pages a few times, is fairly well organized and finding what you're looking for doesn't take too long. There aren't many "hidden checkboxes" to search for. The LinkedIn SSO/integration is pretty seamless. Cons Customization of the site, while flexible, is pretty limited for the nitty-gritty stuff. I'd like to see more on/off toggles for site features, different layout templates, scrolling photo dimensions, and login screen layout. Also, I feel like "groups" shouldn't be a la cart.
