Ticketebo just gets better and better each year. Their customer service is exceptional and they really go the extra mile to create a bespoke service and product that suits your event. They also charge less for booking fees than many of the big name competitors. Well done and thanks again to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the rest of the team!

Pros

I love the new Festival set-up/software Ticketebo has introduced. It really helps customers browse through a whole program and lets them easily add events they would like to see into their carts. It's clean, beautifully laid out and fits in well with any website.

Cons

We didn't create a multi-event pass this year due to COVID-19 limiting event capacity and restricting interstate travel. In the past, however, there have been some difficulties with keeping track of which events people with passes are buying (and thus on the numbers for events).

Reasons for choosing Ticketebo

I was swayed by two things - the good relationship our organisation has developed with Ticketebo over the years (this is my second year as Festival Manager and Ticketebo has been working with the NT Writers Festival for a number of years) and the look of the new Festival set-up/software they have developed. I was really keen to implement this and Ticketebo really went above and beyond to help us make that happen. I think the overall aesthetic of Ticketebo is quite lovely and this was an important consideration for me.

Can't fault this company and their product. I was blown away by the level of customer service they provoided, I had really friendly and helpful personal contacts to deal with, the design process was painless, my event was live on their site within a day, and they're significantly cheaper than their competitors. I'm a glass half empty kind of girl so 5 stars from me says something.
