Previously used tools were always refused and found as unsafe by their security staff. SmartFile is the first tool that was accepted by the security staff. **Cons:** The email which is sent to the end user when the account is created. This is also found as not secured. **Reasons for Choosing SmartFile:** The first tool which has been found as secure by the end user security departments. **Reasons for Switching to SmartFile:** The secured web page where the end user can login to download the files.
