What started as a strong, reliable property management system has grown into a modern solution for vacation rental professionals. CIIRUS has consistently adapted and continues to improve in meaningful ways.

CiiRUS has been instrumental in my business, from starting as a traditional Property Manager who needed to learn the ropes quickly to becoming an operator of my very own company, CiiRUS has been with me through this journey and has shown me that I can count on them every step of the way.

Every company has its growing pains. Glitches here and there are normal, especially when a big update is made.

The platform keeps evolving in ways that make managing reservations and listings easier, and whenever I run into questions, the support team is always friendly and helpful. It’s been a reliable tool that supports the day-to-day flow of our business.

Pros

The platform offers powerful tools for Revenue Management and Listing Optimization that are both effective and easy to use. Their team is knowledgeable and responsive—always ready to help when questions come up. It’s clear they care about helping property managers succeed.

Cons

While Ciirus offers a variety of self-help resources, I often find that they don’t quite get me to the finish line. More often than not, I end up reaching out to a Ciirus rep for guidance—and honestly, that’s where the real value is. Their team is always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get me back on track.

The fact that I can "clone" homes from different managements I want to have in my rental program. Also that I can adjust photos and description to my language.

Have used CiiRus for a number of years and will always support them. Watched them grow from a fledgling company to what they are now offering a robust PMS for property managers. There are so many options of reporting features to suit the needs of property managers in their operations however they operate.

Pros

The whole CiiRrus system is very easy to navigate and the staff are always helpful when needed. The layout and presentation of the owner statements is one of the best features The option to have the Trust accounting module is great for managers to understand their monthly liabilities and their profit. Also like the fact that every day, CiiRus are striving to add features and any improvements to the software. The Tax reports and end of year reports save so much time and this is appreciated to help get the job done. Any suggestion of feedback is taken on board. The set up of new homes and owners is very easy.

Support was once a little slow but has changed so much for the better now and like having option of a live chat feature

After using more than a dozen PMS, I gave Ciirus a chance and never looked back! I wish I would’ve done it sooner. The platform enabled me to stop paying for third-party, dynamic, pricing tools, it allowed me to quit paying for my website elsewhere, and it allowed me to truly focus on running my business because the reporting aspect was amazing. Once you get your property set up, it is so easy to go in and adjust things.

Pros

Ease of use, overall compatible and integrated with the most 3rd parties, reporting and trust accounting is by far one of the best features and their website build is amazing!

Cons

I truly cannot think of a negative. I have seen some really good software and some really poorly design. This company is by far better than some of the most expensive platforms.
