Pros: Pipedrive is highly customizable, with so many templates available. Additionally, the drag and drop interface makes it easy to change my view and create customized workflows it also gives me reminders notifications of my tasks and conference meetings with my clients through my phone.

Cons: Pipedrive requires internet for it to run hence can't work without it, It consumes a lot of battery in my phone. The email feature doesn't allow formatting of documents. Other than that i have not encountered any other bug.

Overall: Allowed me to view and track communication with my clients, from seeing a list of contacts i have made to tracking proposals that have been submitted.

I think we have found our favorite CRM tool!

Pros: Everything in this program, from the UI with its intuitive funnel mechanism to its Slack integration has radically transformed how we follow leads and activities.

Cons: Email integration should be just a bit better so we then don't have to also rely on yet another tool for drip campaigns.

Pros: Pipederive is a great solution to sales force for small & medium companies. It gives a great overview of leads. Registration of customer is very simple and organized in clients and companies. Negotiations are organized into pipelines and one can have a single or multiple pipeline. Each pipeline can be divided into stages according to the client's situation and each stage contains the deals that reproduce a negotiation, budget or potential sale ready. One can manage all potential customers on one screen, in a visual and practical way, without missing deadlines or getting confused at what was said

Cons: There is nothing significant drawback of this software. Developers are constantly coming up with improvements. The only thing it lacks is non integration with social media like LinkedIn. Also outlook integration is much needed. This software lacks to follow up on an activity if you do not have an open business, Pipe drive obeys business, so if you look for it as a CRM it is not very practical

Pros: I like that it prompts me to add followups, so leads are never forgotten or fall through the cracks.

Cons: The email integration and templates could be better. I would like to be able to edit my templates / personalise them slightly each time without compromising the formatting.

Overall: More confidence in my sales follow ups, as the records of history of the leads are easy to add, maintain and find, as well as the ability to quickly track, review and assess my sales pipeline.

Pros: I like the fact that i am able to collaborate with my team mates on sales projects and share folders with them on the same platform which we can save in a cloud.

Cons: I would like to buy the software once and for all. I hate updating it based on the number of users in my team and the monthly subscriptions.

Pros: Pipedrive is easy to set up, so on-boarding was a quick and seamless process. I was able to get a team of 6 using it on a regular basis within a month.

Cons: Not a big fan of the UI/layout. It's simple but it's not as clean as Trello or Favro. I would like to see the color scheme change in the near future at the least.

Pros: Dead easy to set up and customise; the drag and drop nature makes it easy to use without watching dozens of training videos and it can be changed to fit your company - new fields, new pipelines. I actually create web pages with it by taking the customer data from Pipeline using Zapier into Webflow - all automatically. Cool support department, highly recommended.

Cons: The integrated email feature on the Gold plan doesn't allow text formatting - I understand it's coming though.

Pros: Actually, this particular application is a very simple tool to use which accelerates the process effectively channeling us and taking advantage of innumerable opportunities to organize sales cycles satisfactorily in the commercial area.

Cons: Due to some existing limitations it becomes a bit complicated when it comes to customizing it in the configuration, although there are apparently no anomalies with the software in my opinion, it is not functional in the administration area.

Pros: Pipedrive is super quick to setup and customize to your particular workflow. It syncs and integrates with Google products like a dream and just plain works. It's the sort of CRM that doesn't get in the way, lets you work where you want to work (I prefer my inbox rather than within the CRM), but still lets you get at all the data and stats you need super quick and easily. It's just great.

Cons: I've never been able to get full inbox syncing to work properly. Instead I just use the BCC function which serves the purpose, and allows me to be selective about which communications get synced vs. which aren't needed. Sometimes though an email won't automatically link to a deal, even though the address being corresponded with is associated with the deal in Pipedrive. This is a bit annoying, but happens infrequently enough that it doesn't bother me.

Overall: It lets me keep an eye on my sales pipeline quickly and easily without requiring me to interrupt my normal workflow to keep everything logged and up to date. I couldn't manage my business without it.

Pros: I like how easy this software is. It's a better alternative to Salesforce for smaller companies. Definitely like how easy it is to learn. That's important for companies with high turnover.

Cons: It's not ideal for large enterprises due to some of the lack of customizability. However there's no real issues with the software.

Overall: I'm not in sales, but use this product to monitor my sales team's progress. It's also great for finding information on old leads.

Pros: Pipedrive is easier to use than say, SalesForce and Infusionsoft. It is a great CRM for starters, especially if you have a startup that doesn't need a ton of automation.

Cons: With the ease of use comes lack of functionality. When comparing it to the bigger CRMs, it just doesn't do exactly what it could potentially. I'd say check it out to get your feet wet. As your company grows, look for other options.

Pros: I really enjoy this CRM. I have seen a reduction in time lost inputting information and data relating to accounts. This allows me to track emails and follow up on accounts, we have seen an increase in sales due to the follow up notices issued by this customized crm.

Cons: Wish it had a dialing system built in to contact customers thru the software. It lacks the options to call direct and that is the only piece of the puzzle that would help in a call center.

Overall: I love being able to track my accounts and make sure nothing falls thru, as well as track how well my team is doing in forecasting sales quotas.

Pros: loved that it made pipeline management very easy - you always know your prospects and where they are in the sales cycle

Pros: The customer service was excellent! Anytime I had a question or a problem, someone was available on chat. I really appreciated this.

Cons: The integration with email was buggy. Many times email between Pipedrive and my email account was not synced properly. This would cause me to send multiple emails to clients and prospects and not even know it until it was too late. Very embarrassing.

Pros: I love that it is web-based which enables its users to access it just about anywhere. I also love that is it sales-focused. You have to choose the right kind of CRM based on what you need to achieve -- and if you want to increase your sales, then Pipedrive is the way to go. I like that it is designed with salespeople's needs in mind.

Cons: If I have to have one - it's to improve filter functionalities. But only if i have to! Pipedrive is a great tool and I'm generally satisfied using the product.

I've been using Pipedrive for almost a year now and I can say that it's really helpful.

Pros: We switched from a very powerful CRM to this and instantly saw a better uptake from staff. Pipedrive is very easy to customise and use, so staff have no issues logging info and keeping track of proposals.

Cons: I honestly can't find a fault. Every time a staff member comes to me with a problem, I easily find a solution. If I can't easily find something, the online chat helps me straight away.

Pros: Easy to use. This social media platform was chosen because of this. I think it speaks volumes that a Hospital uses it. I am not sure how this platform was chosen, but I am sure it had lots of hoops to jump through and a crackpot team evaluating it. I have noticed a lot of positive comments from employees here using the platform. I imagine it will be around for quite some time!

Cons: Nothing so far! We have only been using it for a couple months, but so far so good! I have not had any issues or need to contact tech support . I have heard that their support is top notch. Hope I never have to find out!!

Pros: For a monthly package per user, this CRM works perfect for entry level client. If you are a small business this product sets up quick out of the box and has a ton of feature. It is very intuitive and you will not need to spend days training the new guy on this product.

Cons: Its priced high for its limited functionality, formatting leaves something to be desired, and getting to specific data can be cumbersome.

Pros: Pipedrive does a great job of making sure I stay in the pipedrive world. I can send emails and email campaigns, I can make outbound dials and receive calls right in the software, I can log activity, review and customize reports and follow up on my pipeline. What I like most about Pipedrive is they make it easy to use the software and when I want to dive deeper into the details Pipedrive gives me that level of access also. Almost all of the features are customized and I just found myself feeling more and more comfortable using Pipedrive the more I continued to use it. It's very user friendly and intuitive.

Cons: There is not much I don't like about Pipedrive if I'm going to be honest. I will say the one area they need more help with is customer service. Like most of Pipedrives competitors in the space, CS isn't very responsive and when I make a phone call I typically get a vm and someone does eventually get back to me. There is a good support center and QA page I can research the things I need help with. I'm a self help / figure it out anyway kind of guy, it's always refreshing being able to talk with someone if I have a need I can't figure out or if I've spent more time then I've wanted to trying to figure out a problem. It's not a deal breaker and it's what I expected before I even started using the service. If there is an area that needs improvement, I would have to highlight this as a con. But it's not a deal breaker for me since most of the other platforms like this offer the same level of support. It's seems to be the norm.

Pros: I pay the cost of Pipedrive out of pocket, and it is so valuable to me that I don't even care that the company doesn't cover the cost. The combination of practices I've adopted from reading Jeb Blount's book on Fanatical Prospecting combined with Pipedrive to help manage those processes has been game-changing. I've gone from worrying about hitting my quotas to worrying over having too many new projects. My favorite aspect of the software is how little one needs to enter in order to get a deal going. Just contact name and deal title. Everything else can be filled in later as the deal progresses through the pipeline. I also like that I can fill in contact fields from the deal page. The mobile app is super-helpful, and saved the day for me today by allowing me to quickly review the status of a deal when a contact arrived for a surprise meeting. (I was able to surreptitiously review the deal notes to date while the contact poured a cup of coffee).

Cons: Any product has rough edges. One with Pipedrive is that calendar appointments open in modal windows. That in itself is not awful, and the real problem is that one can't click on a contact name or deal name from those model windows and be taken to the contact or deal page to review notes. Some of the reporting confuses me and seems less than intuitive, and I end up having to think through over and over again what a given report is telling me.

Pros: I like the format and fields that are easily available to see, it makes even taking a glance at it for a moment useful. They also make it incredibly easy to follow up on leads and emails. Overall just a great organizational tool

Cons: The email integration has some problems when it comes to receiving emails from the same people with the same subject. The tech support could also use some beefing up too, sometimes the advice is really confusing.

Overall: The biggest benefits just come from the organizational help it gives to the sales team. It makes it so both they and the management can easily stay on top of all the tasks that they need to do.

Pros: Cloud based crm solution which is very feature rich. Provides almost all functions in terms of contacts and lead management and tracking. Is very easily integrated to solutions out there. Even tracking at activity level at par with most top CRM and marketing automation solutions out there.

Cons: Since it is a cloud SaaS Solution it is not the most flexible solution out there. But overall a great product which does the job.

Pros: Pipedrive has got almost all the Sales Enablement features you'd need to overdrive your sales! It integrates with Google Apps & various third party integrations making the processes easier. Deals pipeline is well structured, customisable at all levels, helps identify good & bad deals thereby saving time. Mobile app helps you stay on top of things, your team's progress & manage petty tasks. Sales reports & forecasting helps understand the health of the business & set SMART goals.

Pros: Their are many great features that I (and my team) really like that Pipedrive offers, but the thing I like the most is the value. You get all of the great features you need and want out of a CRM for a price that can't be beat!!!

Cons: I can not think of anything I absolutely do not like about Pipedrive, but I can say the app is one thing that could use some improvement. It isn't difficult to use, but the layout and navigation could use some improvement.

Overall: After switching over to Pipedrive, we now have a much better system for finding and keeping up with our contact and potential leads. Plus it is very affordable!

Pros: You can manage your sales or the entire sales department performance with this software. It focuses on getting those leads across the pipeline and offers every feature you need to do so. With the mobile app, you can even track and update your sales progress immediately.

Cons: It is fantastic to track your sales progress, but it is mostly the only thing you will be doing with this software. I would recommend its use, and even using a paid plan, considering that it is beneficial to check on your sales funnels.
If you are on a limited budget, perhaps a more general lead acquisition software would satisfy your needs better.

Overall: Tracking and updating your sales funnels for the sales team, and keeping the team goals on checked.

Comments: Hands downs the best CRM for any industry. Take the time to customize it, and then you will never have to make adjustments in the future to it.

Pros: I cannot begin to describe how amazing PipeDrive really is. Fully customizable, has Google integrations built it, easy to use, easy to setup for a first time user, and visually the most fluid graphics of all CRM's. Pros: Visual pipeline ie seeing exactly where each deal is and whether you're on schedule with each ones actions. Ease of use for all features, love the ability to just have emails auto copied back into each record with no extra cut and paste. also love that it prompts you to put the next action in place when you've finished one, ie doesn't allow you to let things slide.

Cons: You can't link records. The Schedule Activity function can be temperamental until you figure out the best way to do it - doesn't work from all screens. Would like the core data to be a bit prettier - user friendly in appearance.

Pros: The main pipeline interface is simple and customisable. The totals over each column instantly tally up, showing the amount of business at each stage of the pipeline. The mailing interface is good, allowing you to bcc yourself for example when sending messages to customers

Pros: The layout which was similar to Trello for the sales process was amazing. And that is what sold me on trying the software. And I have to say, it works great.

Pros: I love how easy it is to setup, manage users, code with a 3rd party developer to connect to our databases. It also creates great alerts. The app is also AMAZING in how it shows our reps our dealers nearby when their traveling, so they can follow up on leads in real time!

Cons: I don't like the cost per user, becomes very expensive. I wish there was an easier way to clean up dirty data with multiple customers and companies. More color coding would be helpful.

Pros: Having used tools like Trello and Kanbanery, Pipedrive seemed like a natural fit with its column and card based interface. Even though we could have used the tools I just mentioned for sales, Pipedrive is specifically built for it and at the price it seemed like a no brainer rather than trying to deal with piecing together our own less than ideal solution. It is also extremely easy for new sales reps to use which was important for us in our selection process.

Cons: It did take us as managers a bit of time to work out how our sales pipeline should look and work within Pipedrive. Pipedrive does have many resources about this, and I'm not sure this could be improved necessarily. The only real bad thing I can think of from the experience was that I underestimated the initial setup time for our organization (which still wasn't bad).

Comments: I general Pipedrive is a super awesome program and I enjoyed using it for the time I had access to it but my company found that it was not benefitting from what the program was offering.

Pros: If you have your calls integrated with this software program you can actually record your calls and voicemails that you leave which is a pretty neat feature to have. It makes it super easy to keep track of what, when and how you have interacted with a customer, etc.

Cons: I think that they are some issue with filters of all sorts with this program. It can become a bit difficult to filter out information that you don't need pulled up and that part of searching for a client, etc. can be a bit more costly timewise.

Pros: The software was super easy to setup and get going quickly - which we needed since we were moving from nothing. Pipelines were very easy to adjust and manage and also for our Sales team to understand. We also had a fair number of custom fields that we needed to add to the system and it was really nice that we could that ourselves.

Cons: Where Pipedrive ultimately failed us was in the reporting. As we grew and we needed to know what products were selling best and what customers were interested in what things and such, we just couldn't get it out of Pipedrive. The reporting was really structured around keeping track of where you were but try and pull a simple report for figuring our retention rates and you couldn't.

Pros: I like the minimal effort it took to start using the software. It did not need much setup to get going.

Cons: I didn't like the cookie cutter feel of the product. I did want to do a bit more customization to better fit my needs.

Really liked it as it is very easy to use. Helps in creating the sales pipeline very fast.

Pros: It is very easy to use
Creating the pipeline and working on it is very smooth.
System is quite fast and works smoothly

Cons: I have been using it from last 6 months and I really don't find any issue. Yeah sometimes it gets stuck but that could be because of internet connection.

Comments: Well Organised structure with simple processes

Pros: We can feed all the details of our prospect manually on Pipedrive, but if we have a huge bucket of leads then, Pripedrive has a bulk import option, which is pretty cool and saves lots of time and effort from the manual feeding of data. - Scheduling activities are very simply organised, with filters. We can assign the task, mark them as per their importance or on a priority basis. - The reminder helps to never miss the task and do the proper follow up. - The mobile application is a charm, one can easily operate when on the move also.

Cons: There is always something to make even better, they can bring some additional features and integrations with other networks, they have to work on customer support. Overall one of the best CRM in the market.

Pros: Its neat and clean UI is big plus, Easy import functionality, This is perfect for solo entrepreneurs and small teams.

Cons: Form building could have been better, Automatically assignment of emails to deals in the system can be great feature.

Pros: It lets me get back to what I do best, selling, and not having to figure out how to input my data. A must have for smaller sales orgs.

Cons: It's not as power as other crms but for small teams it does work. With time we had to transition to a more robust system

Pros: Sales processes, schedule, emails get organized. One can easily check on everything at a glance. Easy to use and UI design is streamlined and appealing.

Cons: For my business, I think Pipedrive covers my needs well. It is a bit costlier than similar software that have more features than Pipedrive.

Pros: It does simple collaborative CRM and Project Management.
Helps to manage timelines and updates of a ongoing sales cycle.

Pros: After using other sevices in the past, I really like the way you can link all potential clients info together, this makes great use of tracking everything from different marketing efforts and allows you to see the progression of the lead

Cons: sometimes it seems to time out and then you loose some of the info you hace already inputed, this has only happened a feww times

Pros: The system is extremely easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. There is an open API which makes it easy to integrate Pipedrive with other applications that we use every day. The cost is also very affordable compared to Salesforce.

Cons: The reporting features could be more robust in that we should be able to save custom reports and report on information without exporting to excel first. It doesn't integrate with as many applications out there as it's competitors, but I am sure that will get better with time.

Pros: We really struggled to find the right CRM, as we have some unique processes across an international team. Pipedrive had a great reputation and was the right choice!

Cons: To be honest, it does WAY more than we needed, so it's a bit overkill. This made it a bit overwhelming, but we got the hang of it with support's help.

Pipedrive is the best software I've used for setting sales goals, managing leads and reporting.

Pros: The reporting is what drew me to Pipedrive. I wanted a system that would give me a read on how many contacts I needed to reach out to achieve my sales goal. I've tried other systems and they've never offered that aspect. I also like to the overall layout and how you can create your own stages and see it all at a glance without a lot of clutter.

Cons: The price on the gold plan. Although the email integration appeals to me, I can't justify the increase in price when I already have other plans with emails integration that don't cost extra.

Overall: Measuring sales goals.

Sadly, service and stability has declined in the past year

Pros: Easy to use UI with simple-to-manage third-party integrations. Onboarding is a breeze compared to some of the other CRM we have used.

Cons: Limited functionality but most importantly they have had a problem with emails saving in their system for the past 1.5 months. They claim it is a bug, that it is fixed and yet it still persists. Given how critical the email history is to a CRM, it's surprising that they have not escalated this properly. Also, customer service was great when we signed up in January but it has declined significantly since then. What used to be almost instanteous chat support has turned into sporadic support. Often takes hours to get a response now.

Pros: One of the best thing is simplicity of this software we can easily become familiar. PipeDrive offer us mobile customization which is awesome to use.

Cons: i don't see any calendar views on it. Limited functionality is another problem of this software. for example i couldn't find any store contacts features yet.

Pros: It's easy to plan appropriate communications for each prospect. If one prospect seems eager to move ahead, I can make a note to call or email the next day.

On the other hand, if a different prospect is hesitating, I can make a note to call in three weeks. If her tone of voice is frosty, I can tailor my approach as needed. Once I've made the note, I can forget about her. When Pipedrive reminds me to call again three weeks later, I have the notes about all our conversations right there in front of me. Boy, do I sound attentive and well-organized.

Cons: I'm not a tech person, but I've had to set it up myself because I'm the only person who uses it in the company. I'm sure there are things I can do, particularly making batch updates, but the idea of customizing seems overwhelming.

Overall: Pipedrive's ability to track large numbers of prospects. Thanks to the ease of record-keeping I can "remember" each discussion with each prospect, no matter how long it has been since I spoke to her or him last. I can even do it on the road.

Pipedrive is nothing but a time saver!

Pros: I love the ability to add multiple contacts in a single deal with just one window open helps me save a lot of lot of time as I have to add several contacts daily in to already existing deals. I dislike one thing about pipedrive that it sometimes is bit slow to load.

Cons: I dislike two things about pipedrive: 1. It sometimes is bit slow to load. 2. It doesn't always update the entries we enter in to the popup window(to add contacts in to existing deals) automatically and if I accidentally close the popup window, I lost everything I entered. I experienced this 2-3 times.

Pros: I really like how you can view your deals in a progression as they go through the sales process. Very visual and clear. Does just what I need from it...nothing more

Cons: Tough to manage partnerships in deal view. Would be nice for it to be more of a contact management tool as opposed to ONLY a deal management product

Pros: I love the pipeline, the ease of use, the ability to easily transfer the contacts to several different platforms.

Cons: Only having one line for a full name... this complicates things when exporting because it will jumble anyone with a middle initial, prefix, suffix, or hyphenated last name when moving into an excel sheet.
