Projet qui impacte toute l'entreprise et donc un nombre important d’acteurs Rassembler nos projets en portefeuille, avoir une vision des plan de charge à moyen et long terme c'est clé pour accompagner notre croissance. Sans FoxPlan nous serions incapable d'anticiper tout simplement ! Pros Consolidation des projets en portefeuille gestion du plan de charge des ressources => capacity planning integration avec JIRA qui permet aux dev d'etre à jour sans changer d'outil kamban Cons quelques bugs de jeunesse mais la V2 va resoudre cela Reasons for choosing FoxPlan proximité des équipes et facultés du logiciel à répondre à mes problématiques Apres étude FoxPlan s est avéré répondre pleinement à nos besoins.
