Very good, am happy with the platform and would consider it again as a strong candidate for visitor management software in an office scenario

Pros

It was very user friendly, easy to setup and intuitive to use.

Cons

Reminders to fill out surveys. I completed this one so I would stop receiving messages.

Pros

Work flow is what I like about it. Customisation was good too where I could add my own logo, content etc.,

Cons

Adding Printer sometimes could be tedious. Although it has documentation, I found, it to be difficult.

Provide good first impression to visitor

Pros

Process is quick, when visitor finish input data, label/badge printed out immediately. Bigger font provide more convenience looks elder visitor.

Cons

We didn't find any constraints during uses this apps. No more I can say.
