Easy visibility of building occupants for Health and Safety purposes. Pros Ease of configuration, ability to personalise background, visitor functionality and notifications. We have found the software very easy to use with visitors requiring little prompting to navigate signing in. Web desktop very clear and informative. Visitor arrival notification to staff is quick. We have found the software to be extremely stable and reliable. Cons We require a dedicated staff sign in at an entrance away from reception and there is no ability to have a staff only sign in. The support staff have advised that they will inform us if this becomes an option in future versions. It does it's job well and we have had numerous comments and complements. Fast ID printing and instant SMS notifications take the workload off our front office staff to streamline visitor entry. Cons No real negatives. The few issues we have had were dealt with quickly via the live support team portal. Many people keep the photos to put on their fridge. Cons We have not had any problems with this software the only thing i would say is that if people are not connected to a company you need to enter something or you cannot continue. Pros You can see when your colleagues are on site or out of the office. Cons Frequent down time It would be nice for colleagues to be able to be able to input their whereabouts (per week/month) but not have full access to the system. Easy to configure and to setup employees and custom fields. I like how we can easily configure our company logo on the iPad and also on the printout badges. Cons The Web Dashboard could be improved. For example, the timeline shows 2 entries for each visitors (in and out). Couldn't this be on 1 row only that would show the current status of the visitor. Otherwise, this makes a dashboard that fills up quickly. It would be usefull also to allow the Dashboard the possibility to display active entries for the current workday only. There is way too much old entries showing up. I can log into the SwipedOn register and see who has visted site, completed site induction and run a report. Cons Non I'm aware of, has been a good product so far. Adding people only takes 3 steps & archiving is simple, tick the box . I can see who is attending our other state offices. I can pre register visitors & has even has an evacuation tab. Lastly, SwipedOn have an App which you can sign in on via your mobile phone a different option to signing in on Ipad. Including a COVID19 non disclosure. Everyone here is glad to have a system that works right out of the box so to speak, and it has streamlined our reception workflow immensely. Pros Ease of use and set up, very good visibility into our visitor logs, past and upcoming as well. The app and its services are also very reasonably priced, making it a no brainer to give it a shot. Customization on the types of notifications that we receive upon a visitor's arrival is a very valuable feature to have available. Cons There are a few small features missing from the app that would make the experience even easier than it already is, but it sounds like these may be coming in future updates. Cons Evacuation list - since our employees do not sign in we do not have an evacuation list, however, I think i have a way to take roll-call using the check-in step, I've not tested this yet. It categorizes the visitor type and the online interface akows easy access to history of who's In and Out. Pros This app when installed on the proper device is an easy, fool-proof way to track your employers & visitors in and out of the building. Cons If current visitors could simply select their names from a list when signing out. Kinda of like autocomplete, as they begin to type their name, options to select come up in a list.
