So, I use it for everyone visiting. Pros Because of our security requirements, the product meets all of our needs. Cons There's only one glitch that I see. When adding multiple pre-registration attendees, the calendar doesn't work as I would expect. Once the first person is put in the system with the date of attendance, you have to keep filling in new dates. The default should be the same date previously entered. Facilities Manager Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Can't recommend highly enough " April 7, 2017 5.0 Swiped On is great software, since we installed it 3 other offices are now using it after their MDs came to our office and saw how great it looks and works. The software still has some features that we would like to see, but the developers are working on these and are so keen to perfect their product. I would also like to say that it is rare in business to find a supplier whose product and customer service are at such a high standard. I only wish all of my suppliers were as helpful! If you ever have any problems, reach out, the guys at Swiped On will get it sorted for you, even if its out of hours. First class people. Well done guys. " May 24, 2018 5.0 Pros The ease of signing in, being able to sign the non-disclosure, and having a badge printed. Being able to customize the layout is also a plus! It a really good software to have at a corporate office! Cons The printed does not always connect to the tablet as it should but i believe that is due to the WiFi connect we use. If devoloped for any Android tablet this could be resolved as they are for flexible in terms of allowing wired connectivity. Allows for 3 uses all in one managed place. Pros It looks good when signing in visitors and allows us to kill 3 birds with one stone by having the system for communication of our confidentiality agreement, communication of our site rule and compliance and also can be used during evacuation during roll calls. Cons Sometimes the system goes down but i think this is main due to us losing wi-fi connection internally or is linked to the fact we have an old generation iPad which to be fair to SwipedOn have recommended we upgrade to Air2 or better. Gone are the days of manually inputting visitors through a paperbased process. The slick but simple sign in process allows visitors to come into the organisation and sign in with or without interaction with Customer service staff, reducing waiting times for visitors. Any Issues are dealt with quickly and personally by SwipedOn who, we have found extremely personable and helpful in dealing with any small issues, queries or requests. Pros We run weekly reports to check the technicians hours and keep track of the hours they are working on the project. The monthly fee is priced well, also. Cons Badge customization is lacking. We would like to be able to add information and the option isn't currently there to do it.
