The phone support and follow up from Swiped On has been fantastic. It's all been so effortless on our part. We particularly like how we can customize the screen with our own images. Cons It doesn't make me a coffee when I arrive at work. That's about it. It works on older hardware so we could use an old iPad for SwipedOn Cons The fact that the price jumped when you get to 50 users (we have 53 people here). Also it would be good to have more control over the visitor signature notification area. For instance it would be good to be able to put the signature area at the top of the page rather than at the bottom. We like the simplicity and how it can be branded to our company and needs. Not to mention, the customer service and response is fantastic. It has most thigs you'd need from a sign in application. I don't tend to use it too much as our receptionist are the one that work with it daily. The experience I've had is a good one. Any problems I've had, SwipedOn have tried their best to put right straight away or give support for us to be able to do ourselves. Giving information when needed. Pros It's relatively easy to use. A lot of it's features are suitable for a company like ours. Cons ATM - there isn't an easy way to bulk add staff names onto SwipedOn. Would be great if you erase names list and add a new updated staff list every so often instead of adding lots of individual names. Cons would be nice for the system to have a feature where automatically every 12 months a reminder would flag the need for those individuals that were inducted 12 months ago now need to be to be re-inducted in order to remain current within the system. July 15, 2016 5.0 We've been using SwipedOn for over 6 months and have had a great experience from the time we very first implemented it. We were up and running quickly and the team has been helpful with any questions we had along the way (thanks Megan - superstar!). Visitors love the ease of use and often comment positively. Is a great step up from our older Visitor Book. Pros Easy to implement, looks great and just works! Cons It's iPad only as we initially had older Androids available for use. No biggie. July 12, 2018 5.0 This software brought us into compliance with FERPA so we could secure the guest sign-in/out information. SwipedOn streamlined our process and makes it accessible to our office online anytime. Pros The software is very intuitive with a user interface that makes sense. The best value for our money and customizable for exactly what we need. Training my staff on this took 5 minutes of time. They were able to pick up on it extremely fast. Cons The only issue I have had is updating my "employee" list with the CSV template provided. If the email address is already in the system it fails the upload. I never right reviews and I am doing this because I am blown away with the speed and quality of the chat support. Pros Very robust software. Has a solution for nearly every item we want to address. Very easy to set-up and use. Great instructions. Cons The only issue I have is some of the fields are not editable or moveable on the ID Badge and questioning screen at sign in. Hopefully this is updated to allow more customization for different needs in the future. Still a phenomenal product. Pros From an admin point of view, I like having the app on my monitor so I can easily monitor the flow of visitors in the building. It's great that I can quickly sign people out as a large majority of them forget to sign out. The notification feature of email and text to the employee works very well. Customer support is very responsive. Cons I have used the pre-register function a few times but this could be more efficient by allowing me to import a csv file of attendees for an event. The technical support has been fantastic and have been able to give an easy solution to all our needs. Pros The software is very easy to use. We were able to get set up within the first couple of days and access through the dashboard has been very beneficial to our staff. The main screen is clean and uncluttered. Cons The only dislike i have heard from staff is that it doesn't connect with certain cell phones. " June 11, 2018 5.0 We were able to clean up our reception area by upgrading to this app, and now all our visitors are able to wear a badge that does not require any extra effort on our side. Additionally, we do not have to keep any unnecessary paperwork because we print our visitor agreement when we want and not have to keep on the physical copies as we did before. Pros We love the functionality of the app it has a screen saver that allows us to showcase what we do,and it is user friendly so we have not has one visitor that could not use the app by themselves. Cons There are a couple large cons for us when it comes to the app. We do not like that even though you "save" the visitor they still have to resign the visitor agreement each time. Also we do not like that you cannot reprint a picture if for some reason there is an error with the printer. Review Source MD Matt D. Plus it is easy to go through the history to find dates and times of contractors being on site. Pros It is easy to use and has got good support if required. Our contractor enjoy signing in with the photos. Cons Doesn't save the photos, and hasn't got the QR code to sign out. All the Swiped On staff are very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this product. Pros We use SwipedOn across 8 of our sites and its very easy to use. Quick initial set up, easy admin tools and staff & customers find the process seamless.
