However, still I feel there is scope for further improvement. Pros All features in the software are user friendly and at par with the best softwares available in the market specifically used in pharma industry. Integration with existing business process, highest compliance level, ease to operate, strong technical support and prompt service etc. which I like most. Cons Difficult to answer this question. Only point I would recommend is to fix more inbuilt features and minimize customization. Pros Overall product is easy to understand & good to work with. The software is easily understandable, we can have all features of our requirement & regulatory requirement respect to 21 CFR & Annex 11 for EU. There is no major concern and issue with using this product as i am regular user for this product. it is having feature to integrate the same with other business softwares so that we can configure and fetch the data from other software & take the benefit and avoid rework. Cons I appreciate all the features of this product and i am using this software on daily basis for 2-3 hours a day with no major concern. It can also integrate with other software for other business uses and benefits. Cons \- As the software is profile based, there is no ready reference for the individual who logs in to the software to find out how many tasks are assigned to him / her. Although this information can be obtained by filtering the log, it would be easy for user if the information is available on the dash board.
