The software is easily understandable, we can have all features of our requirement & regulatory requirement respect to 21 CFR & Annex 11 for EU. There is no major concern and issue with using this product as i am regular user for this product. it is having feature to integrate the same with other business softwares so that we can configure and fetch the data from other software & take the benefit and avoid rework. Cons I appreciate all the features of this product and i am using this software on daily basis for 2-3 hours a day with no major concern.
