About Kofax TotalAgility

Kofax TotalAgility is a digital transformation platform that accelerates high-value customer journeys, such as the onboarding of new customers at a bank, the processing of claims at an insurance company, or the provisioning of services from a government agency. The platform digitizes individual touchpoints in those customer journeys, for example the gathering of documents or the digital signing of new contracts, and cuts latency between all the touchpoints in a beginning to end journey.

Pros: The software implimentation was done by Tech Mahindra and they did a great job. The software simplified complex busienss processes sending informaiton all over the company into one system. this improved out process flow and made us a leader in our implimentation speed.

Cons: Our company struggles with Sprint updates in the sandbox enviorment that never matched our produciton enviorment. I htink that had to do with our company buying the cheapest version of the software and not alognign enough dev resources to the project. The product worked magic for us dispite managements best efforts to self sabotage with resources.
