It helps to reduce manual tasks and the considerable time involved in them. The user experience is pretty good. One can create their business processes within minutes and start classifying and extracting the data. It's a very useful and must-have software for any automation required for manual data entry tasks. Pros KTA helps capture data and minimize the time of repetitive data entry tasks.The OCR and the data capturing are very efficient and can extract data through bar code as well.Also, the reusability feature helps in inheriting business processes for new tasks. Cons Technical glitches are one of the drawbacks of Kofax. The assigned input variable sometimes doesn't show up and one has to restart the process to see the input/Output variables. It has Ability to design and configure workflows.KTA is able to process things faster,accurate and more precisely.Before kofax we were checking lot of documents manually now we are able to do it easily using KTA and also we are able to see less errors and data is also available in less time.KTA is a complete package someone can use for invoice processing and document management. Pros First of all the best thing about KTA(kofax total agility) is it reduces the manual work.KTA is a tool which can be use for extracting information from handwritten documents/pages. KTS is easy to use,reliable and scalable.The best part is drag & drop processes and form creating is easy in KTA. Customer service is excellent.KTA is highly recommended tool for users. Cons I believe kofax total agility is overall good but if scanning form can be improve, because create new job and scan form icom is not much used friendly, it might sometime causes confusion to users if that can be enhanced then KTA is the best tool in the market. It helps in automating mundane tasks and has good technical core. Pros We scan close to 3000+ invoices every day for our global business in our shared service center. Kofax is fast, reliable and helps us optimizing invoice processing. Cons So far so good. Don't really have much to complaint. Looking at other vendors in the market now in the likes of Outsystems also working on automation would be interesting to see what Kofax offers to provide the edge. It is able to rapidly build and deploy workflows once a framework and standard is in place and offers transformation capabilities for documents that makes the product unique the market. Cons This product is rapidly evolving and getting polished through frequent service packs. It is not uncommon to run into a bug or an issue that requires a workaround in order to get the desired functionality. The software simplified complex busienss processes sending informaiton all over the company into one system. this improved out process flow and made us a leader in our implimentation speed. Cons Our company struggles with Sprint updates in the sandbox enviorment that never matched our produciton enviorment. I htink that had to do with our company buying the cheapest version of the software and not alognign enough dev resources to the project. The product worked magic for us dispite managements best efforts to self sabotage with resources.
