Pros

Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a very positive experience. Both are extremely knowledgeable and \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular has worked tirelessly to configure Borealis to meet the needs of my company. He is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to configure this centralized stakeholder management platform.

Cons

The software was very complicated when I was first on-boarded. Working with multiple different Borealis employees in the beginning to start configuration was tiring to understand exactly how Borealis could be used to serve our use-case.

Very easy to learn and apply with a great and immediate return: having all your data stored in one place where it can be easily accessed and analyzed.

Pros

I have not found any other software like this in the market and what exactly what we needed to complement our community relations activities. It is essential that it allows us to store all our interactions and that it is simple to use and requires no difficult updates. It works very easily right from your browser. It connects the entire team, sets access credentials for each user and, as a manager, it allows me to see the level of engagement from the team right away.

Cons

We don't have all the modules. Most of the ones we have work great, but in the social investment module it could have some adjustments to make the workflow easier.
