Pros Being able to change to corporate currency made the process for global teams very efficient! Cons Some of the screens are not intuitive for knowing what step is next (for example, generating letters for employee populations). They have amazing customer service and work hard to make sure you are set up for success. They taught me how to use the product and are always around to answer the questions that I have. Great tool to use whether you are a small or large company. I would highly recommend to any company!! Pros CompAccelerator provides hands-on training & walk you through the initial set up of the system. The system is customizable to make it fit your company's compensation planning requirements. The process for compensation planning was easy to manage. Updates made by planners rolled up easily and showed how they impacted the budget. You were also able to leave comments or make any adjustments on the fly. You can also generate compensation statements easily. Cons The software is constantly improving. Over the past 2 years, I have seen a great deal of improvement to the product and they constantly are listening to customer feedback. The agility of the tool to make immediate changes with little IT support or outside consulting allows company to focus IT resources to other part of the business Cons There is always room for improvement in any tool. If SSO feature isn't invoked, planners can experience difficulty in logging in. It is an important security feature, but can be frustrating. I appreciate the support that is always provided when needed. Pros CompAccelerator is easy to configure and to use as an administrator and also as a user. I love having the ability to make custom changes and to upload data myself whenever needed and not have to worry about relaying on others. They were always thorough in their training and answers to questions, timely in their responses, and showed tremendous care for our experience as customers. They are also passionate about the product. I wish every vendor I interact with provided support that was half as strong as Dartican's. They truly blew me away and I will forever sing their praises because of it! Pros The system was extremely easy for our leadership team to adapt to during annual comp planning. I have never been involved with the roll-out of a brand new system where I didn't receive a single question about system functionality until the roll-out of Dartican Comp Accelerator. The fact that it functions similarly to Excel, but with added security and simplicity is a huge win. Cons I honestly can't think of anything that sticks out in my mind.
