"Good Bang for your Buck"

**Pros:** I like the ease of using this program. I

**Cons:** I do not like not being able to upload my own spreadsheets into the system and the inability to update codes without deleting the old ones. I sometimes get the same code or product in the system a couple times.

"Ease of paperless tracking"

**Overall:** Its good to know where items are sitting in the approvers que at a glance prior to the actual purchase. Orders are not getting lost on someone's desk.

**Pros:** I like that I can track a purchase all the way to receipt of the items all through my computer screen, that I don't have to go and find a piece of paper in a file cabinet.

**Cons:** Its not so much this software but being internet based, sometimes our internet is spotty which affects usability.
