However, I do find that the software is very useful once you are used to it and has a lot to offer from a management perspective. **Pros:** Zen Planner is a great tool for fitness studios/business to manage their companies and promote their services. It is easy for users to schedule and it is also helpful to keep track of attendance from the business standpoint. **Cons:** I find that this tool took a little bit of getting used to, meaning it is not the most user friendly. Their support is virtually nonexistent, and after months of emails, we are still waiting for a resolution to ongoing billing issues. Despite following their cancellation process, we were still charged, and getting a refund has been impossible. Our account access has already ended, yet Zen Planner continues to ignore our emails, providing no clarity or resolution. The platform is not as intuitive as advertised, and simple tasks like issuing refunds or managing memberships require excessive steps. If you want reliable customer support and transparent billing, avoid Zen Planner at all costs. The stress and lack of communication are not worth it. **Pros:** Platform was generally ok to use.
