It´s a wonderful experience since the beginning of a straightforward implementation, the friendly modules that facilitate the full process to capture and engage with customers. The Salesmango support team is too professional and eager to understand every aspect of the issues a company could have regarding the use or malfunction of the platform. Also, they are very interested to teach all the functionalities the platform has to achieve the full benefits of it

The collaboration runs smoothly, and the team demonstrates great flexibility and a strong willingness to find solutions tailored to our needs. Thanks to the use of advanced communication scenarios, we can better respond to customer expectations while saving time and increasing the effectiveness of individual campaigns. An additional advantage is the intuitive interface, which significantly improves day-to-day work with the system.

Cons

Many of the features and integrations are clearly designed with e-commerce in mind, so service-based businesses may sometimes need to fine-tune the setup to better match their workflows. Fortunately, the platform itself is flexible, and the support team is very helpful in identifying and implementing suitable solutions. The AI capabilities, including the Sidekick tool, are promising, but in certain modules they still require further refinement—especially for the Polish market. At times, the generated outputs can feel somewhat unnatural or less contextually accurate.

As a beginner user, I’ve had a very positive experience with SALESmanago so far. The platform offers a wide range of automation possibilities, which helped me quickly improve my marketing activities. A big advantage was the excellent support from the partner program account manager, who guided me step by step and clearly explained how to use the tool.

Great support from the partner manager, a wide range of automation options, and an attractive price make this tool very valuable, especially for beginners.

Cons

Not all features are intuitive at first, especially when it comes to SMS campaigns. However, thanks to the partner account manager, everything was explained clearly, which reduced the learning curve.

Pros

Salesmanago offers a comprehensive suite of tools for marketing automation. What I find most valuable is the ability to personalize customer journeys at scale.

Cons

The platform is very feature-rich, so there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning if you want to get known every single automation flow. However, the support and documentation help a lot.

Quite bad and not worth the price. On top of that you are locked in a 2 year contract that binds you forever.

Pros

Nothing really stands out for the money they ask you. The only thing is the very good cystomer support

Cons

Very difficult to setup automations and overall platform functionalities are very dated with very basic UI/UX functionalities.

Pros

I only have 4 months left on my contract. After that I don't need to hear anything from them anymore.

Cons

This company lies and withholds essential information. Their way of doing things is something I have never seen before. I have noticed that the employees change very quickly. We have had four different account managers in the past year. Over the past year, we have had to disable the integration several times because it has crashed our entire online store. Think twice before signing a contract with this company. I will be happy to tell you more if you are interested!

Since 2016, we’ve partnered with SALESmanago through thick and thin, watching them evolve from a solid Marketing Automation platform into a robust CDP. Over the years, we’ve tackled everything from simple integrations to large-scale projects that linked multiple eCommerce sites, websites, and retail locations. We’ve also had the chance to share feedback that shaped new features—many of the tools we rely on now are the direct result of that collaborative spirit. What’s truly stood out is SALESmanago’s willingness to adapt. In a rapidly shifting e-commerce landscape, they’ve stayed ahead of the curve—innovating, refining, and listening when it mattered most. Sure, there have been challenges, but their support and dedication have helped us navigate those hurdles and come out stronger. Today, a big part of our success story is tied to how well we’ve worked together. Looking forward, SALESmanago’s roadmap promises exciting developments that spark our confidence for the future. We’re proud of how far we’ve come as partners, and we’re eager to keep the momentum going, growing and evolving, side by side.

Over the past three years, following the acquisition, SALESmanago has undergone significant shifts in strategy, personnel, board composition, and management—changes that at times made collaboration more difficult. We felt some growing pains, but we understood this was a necessary step for a company aiming to make major strides in technology, organization, and effective support. Even so, the platform remains easy to use. There are still a few areas that feel more complex than other solutions, but we can already see them working to streamline these parts. The first releases from this push have been really encouraging, and we’re optimistic about the direction they’re headed.
