Pros Kendoo is great Project management software. You can do Projects in Gant chart, Kanban borads and Task lists, and easily switch between them. There are plenty of reports. Cons Not many Cons, there are some bugs here and there, but nothing what is not solved by support very fast. You can use it to manage many procject and share to workflow with the staff in the firm. You can install it localy in your network and you have an option to use it online, so you can enter into your project from any place in the world. Gant chart and Kanban board are wonderfull. Pros Kendoo is great Project management software. You can do Projects in Gant chart, Kanban borads and Task lists, and easily switch between them. There are plenty of reports. I've gotten a reccomedatiion for Kendo Manager and decided to give it a try. Previously we've tested couple of other software solutions and none of them fit our needs. We've found Kendo Manager to be very usable and perfectly fit our needs. I highly recommend it! There are already several updates and improvements to this application and I look forward to some of the upcoming features planned. I would highly recommend trialling the free version if unsure an organisation is unsure about suitability. Pros Easy to install and manage for someone with reasonable Windows Server knowledge . Clear and simple User Interface navigation. Comprehensive set of project modules which are easy to understand and navigate. Good personalised projects overview on initial user login. Project Dashboards are good for quick project status overview. Great customisation features using Admin code tables. Great support and feedback from the KM team, addressed any issues I had quickly and efficiently. MySQL DB is easy to mange and works very efficiently, manual DB backups are simple and work well. Cons Some language issues initially, did not support English AU date/time format but KM team quickly addressed that. Gantt charts are functional but basic and do not always PDF/print well. Reporting could be a little more user customisable (more selectable fields options).
