Pros

Simple ui for creating newsletters and mailing lists, as well as forms (with completion actions, etc). Very clear documentation.

Cons

A bit messy at times. All of the form styling has to be done on the platform itself rather than on the webpage where the form is displayed

Pardot has revamped how marketers can build customer journeys. The interface is intuitive and slick. It simplifies what could be a complex process.

Cons

A high pardot score does not always mean they are very interested in your product. The social media listening tools are not as good as competing products.

Pros

I think the best part is the great integration with Salesforce.com. Great in building landing pages and forms, as well as building automation rules. On top of all these, now it has a much lighter and modern user interface.

Cons

It still lacks some minor features, like being able to filter prospects by the last time they performed an activity.

Very useful software, but be willing to spend more time on the learning process.

Pros

A huge number of features to manage your list of customers. Pardot gives you the ability to store information much more intricately than a normal Excel sheet. The sorting tool, however, is the most used feature by our company. As a result of this, classification of clientele provides multiple avenues to send specific messages or add specific details for specific customers. This saves alot of time.

Cons

After using Pardot for a couple of months, we're still ways away from understanding all functionalities.

It took me a little while to get my head around the way layouts, landing pages and forms are set up. It seems a little convulted but works pretty well.

Cons

As mentioned above, things are a little convuleted with Pardot.

very reliable product the overall quality is excellent. I found the product very easy to use, so easy a kid could use it. The feature that are available are extensive and i found i utilize a majority of them. The customer support is lacking a bit with slow response time however it is not the worst. I would the value for the money is very high.

Cons

Surprisingly poor sync with Salesforce.com, given that that is its parent company. A bit clunky of UI compared to Eloqua or Marketo

Pros

It's intuitive and effective, with great client support! I love how easy it is to learn the different abilities of this product. I also love how many different reporting features for each campaign is reported on.

Cons

It's difficult to use with non-integrated CRM. My SugarCRM is not integrated with our Pardot account, and it makes it difficult to manage prospects and drip campaigns. There is a lot of manual work involved, and it makes a lot of different tasks difficult, but this is not a flaw of the Pardot platform by any means. I just wish there were more options to make it a bit easier for others like us.

Pros

I do like the user interface for than some other automation platforms, they're pricing structure works well for us, and you don't have to buy tons of add ons to get full functionality you should definitely have in marketing automation like paid search, seo, and social tools

Cons

This software isn't as customizable as it could be, would like to be able to use query string parameters and lookup fields for custom objects

As the marketing platform for Salesforce, Pardot's functions very well as a means for trackable communication to prospects. There are minor frustrations like the inability to recall an email once it has been sent to a list of prospects but overall I am very satisfied with this product.

Pros

Easily identify interested prospects based on standard reports Pardot generates daily and weekly.

Cons

No email recall. No email template that is best suited for both a mobile and a desktop stage.

Our company opted to roll out Pardot to expand our B2B marketing efforts within Salesforce. The interface is robust with a strong lead ranking system. However, once enrolled, our only option to overcome the learning curve and capture ROI on Pardot itself were to hire an outside firm. As with its competitors, some functions are simple and intuitive, while some are not.

Pros

The amount of data presented by Pardot is astounding. With proper data entry during your sales process, this product can help you monitor so many metrics your head will spin. With ROI measurement, lead scoring, and many more perks, it really will help you close deals.

Cons

The sheer amount of info you need to enter is overwhelming and set up is really tedious, but it pays off in the end for sure.

Pros

I really enjoy that they continue to make investments in the technology and always have new features coming available for their customers. They continue to add new features based on client recommendations. Their customer service has always been very good, and they have a terrific onboarding program for new clients.

Cons

The amount of features available with the drip/nurture campaign is very limited. I do believe this is being improved in a future release. Also, I would prefer to have one campaign from Salesforce and not have a Pardot campaign and a Salesforce campaign for each record.

Pardot is very easy to use and the customer support and resources are stellar.

Cons

No complaints. It is very easy to navigate. It works best when you use leads and opportunities in SF which my company doesn't use as originally intended, but this has been a minimal issue.

Pros

The Pardot product is a great way to send out marketing content to large, opted in audiences. The email templates are fun and the software is easy to use.

Cons

The only thing I did not like about using the Pardot software is that you must ensure the each contact is already opted in prior to emailing them. You cannot just send out purchased lists.

Having used several marketing automation systems throughout my career, I can say with confidence that this is by far the most user-friendly tool on the market. The interface is easy to learn and nothing is buried, making it a much more efficient use of my time. I have also never encountered a support team as smart, fast and friendly. Every single time I have a question, it's answered immediately and accurately! Hands down, they have the best customer service of any company I've worked with.

Cons

I have yet to discover anything I dislike about this product.

Cons

A data cleanup effort has been necessary to make effective use of the software. The effort to go through the data and ensure its accuracy is time intensive.
