I love that it integrates so well with Salesforce. It is incredibly customizable, more so than any other automation tool I have used.

Cons

This product is costly compared to others, but for a larger business it is a powerful tool. Unfortunately, some of the best features are only available if you upgrade to an even more expensive plan.

I like the ability to be able to connect all assets such as campaigns, landing pages, forms and auto responders in one place. It helps keep track of progress.

Cons

The prospect details page could be a little more simplified. I find that it can overwhelm you with information that might not apply to the prospect.

My team has used Pardot in previous company for Marketing automation. The user interface improved a lot over the years. Especially the drip campaign UI became the best in class.

Pros

Ease of use. Tight integration with SFDC.

Cons

It does lack some bells and whistles that Marketo has but fro simple B-B, not sure it's that relevant.
