even though we had some initial issues with setting up, mostly because we were switching from Marketo, Pardot turned up to be fantastic software, which helped us improve our connection with our clients. With its help and functionality, we have improved our ROI for Marketing Campaigns as well.

Cons

Like all Salesforce products, it is extremely complex and not made for implementation without some serious technical chops and/or a partner.

I used Pardot to create some email templates and drip campaigns. It was pretty straightforward and had great ways to customize the templates to make them more dynamics.

Pros

Lots of good features. Seamless integration with Salesforce.

Cons

Some features took more experience to fully leverage. Sometimes it required several clicks to locate work previously completed or drafts.
