Pros: Super user friendly, easy to navigate, everything is right there for you. Easy to share the survey after you build it, and then get the survey results at the end. You can even set up the answers to sync to a Google Sheet.

Cons: Some of the customization options for the appearance of the survey are limited. I would like to have a little more flexibility to use fonts/colors to match our company brand.

Pros: I like how easy it was to use. I love that the results are bright wonderful colors. I love that most of the results are easy to look over and understand.

Cons: The 2 problems I had is that I work for a small company that does 2 reviews a year max and even the basic seems expensive for our needs. The second problem I had was getting the results to show to the board of directors was very difficult.

Overall: Handling our yearly survey.

Pros: I loved the user interface on this program. It was easy to navigate, fun to look at, and customizable.

Cons: I feel like many survey softwares have the issue of lots of question type options with little way to effectively search them.

Pros: HIPAA Compliant.
Offers skip logic, integration with lots of different options (google sheets, salesforce, etc). I would love to see a direct ability to pipe from SG database. Then you could analyze directly from MS Excel.
Also, lots of different question options.

Cons: Customer Service can lag. No phone # to call into when you have an issue with the software functioning properly.

Pros: This software is the most friendly survey software we've used and we've tried 3 of them. It is professional, yet fun. We do pretty complicated surveys and assessments and so far it has fit all of our needs. The best part though is their customer support - it is absolutely the best we've ever experienced and we depend on half a dozen online software providers. Can't say enough positive things about our experience with SurveyGizmo over the past 4 years.

Overall: It powers our client surveys and assessments. We do hundreds of these every month.

As easy as survey monkey, but has better technical options than it.

Pros: Ability to integrate with Salesforce.com, being able to test both manually and done by their "robots"

Cons: Errors aren't as helpful as they could be, can be difficult for nontech savvy folks to setup/understand build on the forms

Overall: In house surveys can be done securely and not through an open source such as Survey Monkey.

Survey Gizmo is an effective online platform all our data entry needs!

Pros: I like most the ease of viewing survey results once data is input. I can filter what specific fields I want to sort by, and always download the Excel spreadsheets easily.

Cons: It can be fairly clunky when flipping between survey entries. I wish there was a way to open multiple survey entries at once in small pop up screens.

Overall: We have one home for all of our data entry needs! Perfect fit for our staff and needs.

Pros: I like how you have the option for multiple questions without having to change pages. Editing is very easy and you can have multiple users. The personalization of backgrounds and colors is good. Easy to use and get the hang of

Cons: When you sit and compare it to other survey programs, It's a bit more expensive then the other programs.

Pros: It's mobile friendly, which is a big plus. Easy to use, versatile, and the ease of exporting data is a huge plus!

Cons: The pricing is out of my companies budget for long term use and the reports took a bit of time to understand in depth.

It's a great site for data collection.

Pros: There is nothing I like really. There is stuff that I dislike the most but if I have to say something it will be That claims are easy to read.

Cons: I feel is super slow. Is missing a lot.
IM is pretty bad . It should be like a message type. In a mess when you have to have more than one patient at the same time.
Always get an error. I work with this system everyday and is a pain. I wish we can switch . Billing is horrible. Always have to tell them what to do even they should know.

Changes in support structure lead to abysmal customer support levels. Stay away!

Pros: The survey interface is fairly intuitive and they offer a very wide selection of features (which we don't use, but I respect that they exist).

Cons: In the last six months we have received appallingly poor service. Their support staff seem to be allergic to the notion of providing timelines for when we can expect to hear back from them (I'm not even talking about timelines on fixing things; just when I can expect to hear back). They have tried to quadruple our prices with less than 2 months of notice, wherein we do not receive any additional features or benefits that we want to use (and when we asked for a more reasonable feature package in line with our pricing, we were told that we 'no longer fit their infrastructure'). They have done product roll outs that have turned out to be disastrous (in one case, causing an outage which I had to hear about from my clients rather than from them. And when we finally got them on the phone, they informed us that the reason they can't QA everything is because they do product updates 5 times a day (yes; 5 times A DAY, suggesting their platform is miles from stable).

Overall: I run a healthcare information company and we were looking for a solution to deliver fairly complex healthcare content as well as enable in-depth survey Q&A with patients. We conducted a detailed review including pilots with a number of providers and SurveyGizmo came out at or very near the top in all features required. Coupled with their passionate support (these guys go the extra mile!) and data privacy and security in Europe, it was a no-brainer to select SurveyGizmo and I have no hesitation recommending them.
Our complete solution involves Apiant, X2CRM and Twillio, and SurveyGizmo have proved they are capable of working effectively across teams to deliver the right solution for us as their end client.

Cons: Subscription price is starting to increase.

Overall: I've been using the software for the past year via a "legacy pro account".
The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. A lot of features and available question types. Surveys can be easily customized using CSS. Surveys are also mobile responsive. Large community, quickly handling Q&A. The product keeps developing and new features keep popping up, like R integration into reports, Conjoint analysis and more. Being a research professional, I find the software extremely handy and useful, at a very affordable price. Much better than other popular competitors I experienced.

Pros: Fairly easy to use.

Cons: Does have a "learning curve" to practice some different types of surveys before you really understand how the survey presents to the customer.

Overall: Pretty easy product to use to create survey for your customers, although it takes some time to get through the learning curve. Using the templates or examples really helped us the most. Good value for the money, too. Did not try using customer support.

Recommendations to other buyers: Using the Templates/Examples are the best way to go!

Pros: Easy to use when you have no prior survey experience. The program is very user-friendly for sure.

Overall: I started using Survey Gizmo for work for a project my boss gave me. I had no prior experience with this program, nor any other survey program. Creating the survey was very easy and I found help in blog posts about the types of questions to include. The survey was mostly a success. Only issue we had was making sure everyone on our email list got sent the email.

Overall: SurveyGizmo is a just okay platform. It is however, VERY easy to use. Creating a survey on their platform is super simple and straightforward. The problem comes with the email sends, the emails were not getting sent out in a timely manner which messed up our possible survey results. I wish that the email sending would get fixed, because then this platform would totally be worth it. For the types of reporting it does, it is definitely worth the money. I do wish there were a few more things that they report on though. That would definitely help out with the data we receive on our customers.

Pros: The flexibility in design and simplicity in using

Cons: Used to have customer service you could call and that went away. Still, the customer service is quite good.

Overall: I have been using SG for 3 years now. It is an important part of my business. It is relatively simple to use and has great integrations with my other software applications. It is critical in helping me distinguish my business as a financial advisor.

Recommendations to other buyers: It has tremendous capabilities other than as a survey system.

Comments: I've used this tool quite a bit and really enjoy seeing the new functionalities that come out. The only constructive criticism I may offer is that there are some things not intuitive, like scoring a quiz/assessment (at least this was 6 months ago), but overall, once I understood where to find options/etc, things were a piece of cake. Overall, makes my job easy, appreciate the tool!

Comments: I have been using SG for a time now without any issues. It is very intuitive to configure, many colleagues use it even without any knowledge of english. Affordable.

Pros: It is responsive and loads very fast on mobiles.

Comments: We've been with Survey Gizmo since very early on. Our surveys are not terribly complicated but we use the platform a lot! It's amazing how the development team is constantly making the product better. And their customer support team is SECOND. TO. NONE. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and just fun. Seriously, customer support is critical in this arena and I challenge anyone to name a survey provider whose support wizards are more valuable than Survey Gizmo's. Keep up the great work SG!

Comments: We use the Survey Gizmo surveys to create online homework for students. The flexibility and designs built in make it so easy to use. The Survey Gizmo team are always looking for ways to improve and are constantly updating and offering more options. But, by far, their customer help is outstanding! I have never dealt with a company that offers this kind of live support. The representatives are so friendly and a delight to deal with. Their knowledge of their product is excellent and they offer new and creative ways of doing what we want. I always look forward to our calls because they are just so much fun to talk to!

Comments: From start to finish, I remained exceedingly happy with SurveyGizmo¿s product and customer service. Having never built a survey before, I felt a little overwhelmed with the project. The setup and tools provided were very easy to use. I was able to customize my project, as well as translate it into German for our European customers. SurveyGizmo has a handy ¿Need Help?¿ button at the top of every screen where you can search articles, chat live with a rep (in the US), send an email or view the phone number for customer service. I was crunched for time and clicked on the help button (and called) A LOT. Each time, I received friendly, helpful and fast customer service. I also liked how the employees of SurveyGizmo were understanding and spoke clearly when explaining how to build or make a change. I will continue to utilize SurveyGizmo and will highly recommend to others.

Comments: I use SurveyGizmo monthly to conduct QA surveys with our clients. We have a template set up to use, so it is very easy to just pull up the template, select the applicable questions, input the contact information and send it on it's way. The site is very user-friendly and has very fast customer service when needed. I enjoy using it and would recommend it for any company.

Comments: We moved to SurveyGizmo when we found that SurveyMonkey was just too constraining and couldn't do some basic things (like question show/hide). So they won out on features alone.

But they really cemented their place as a partner with their customer service. Very prompt and accurate, they were able to shepherd us through some strange things we witnessed (due to caching and upgrading tiers quickly).

Like all software, you're likely to run across bugs from time to time¿and even more likely when you start doing Interesting Things. So we found one thing that seemed off and, when we reached out to support, they immediately determined our problem was a bug and let us know they were working on it straight away.

If you're serious about running surveys, there's no alternative to SurveyGizmo.

Comments: While I have sometimes experienced a few glitches with the system, the Survey Gizmo customer service team is the best I've dealt with in the industry. They are prompt, accurate, and always go above and beyond to fix the issues in a timely manner. Not to mention their responsiveness to all forms of communication. I can chat, e-mail, or call, and either way, someone is there to help me!

bring surveys to a new level, pre-population is a standard feature a must for many surveys, Pricing at each level is fair and allows small business to work closely with their clients.

Some of the phrasing will be confusing to UK operators but all in all a great product.

Comments: Building a survey through SurveyGizmo was easy and fun. The format allowed me to get very clear about what information I was truly seeking. Simple and plentiful options to choose from, very forgiving with editing, changing answer formats, adding and deleting questions throughout the building process.
I lack the most basic computer knowledge, so I spoke with customer service several times. Each time I called I reached someone in under two minutes. The Gizmos are very friendly people! They were polite and helpful. So much so that, at one point, I was at ease enough to reveal the magnitide of my ingorance by asking, "Uh...err...uh...can you tell me... what IS a browser exactly?" I detected no laughing, no silent eye-rolling, just a calm answer as if I'd asked a quite reasonable question.
I can't think of a single negative experience. A spell check feature might be a nice addition.
I was able to schedule the launch dates and times for each part of the survey--intro, thank you and reminder. I watched its progress, added a second reminder when the responses slowed, and saw an immediate uptick in response after that. The survey results were easy to export and understand and it turned out to be a great success!

Comments: I've used Survey Gizmo for about six years. I prefer it to Survey Monkey because to me it has a more intuitive user interface. I think it is easier for beginners to get started with it, while still retaining power user features. It also has many more options for customizing the look of a survey, which is important when we work with clients. Survey Monkey has almost none.

Whenever I have a problem or question about the software, I always call or email customer service, and they are very prompt and helpful. They will go into the specific survey you are having problems with and troubleshoot with you.

As a person who studied survey design, I also appreciate that they include a planning window where you can plan the purpose of the survey, and with an enterprise account, you can send out a draft to reviewers and receive comments right on the survey.

Overall I've been very happy with Survey Gizmo.

Comments: I am very pleased with how great the customer support is at SurveyGizmo. It was ultimately the deciding factor on which company we went with for our survey project. If I were to sum it up, they were very patient, knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks for helping us make it all work... :)

Comments: It was recommended to me that I try this APP over survey monkey since we use Salesforce and Mailchimp. To really use the features we need is not cheap but I'm willing to pay for a superior product. Unfortunately, they no longer integrate with Mailchimp because of changes they made and the customer service representative had no idea when they will be able to integrate again. I also accidentally typed in my Salesforce username wrong when setting up the plugin and that username became stuck so I couldn't correct it no matter how many times I tried to save it. The customer service representative couldn't help me on either of these accounts and her best advice was to read things online. Sorry. Not happy. Going to go with another survey service.

Pros: It seems like creating the surveys is easy enough but their integration if you're trying to use things like Salesforce and Mailchimp doesn't seem to be set up smoothly.

Cons: Customer Service representative didn't really seem to have any answers.

Comments: I've been conducting online surveys with a variety of industry standard programs for over a decade . Survey Gizmo is the best I've found yet. Constructing surveys is easy and intuitive. I can also use simple programming to achieve virtually everything I want in a survey and more. In many of my surveys I have chosen to include complicated page and question logic to achieve very specific objectives. The service and support I receive to help ensure that my surveys work flawlessly is outstanding. I am never left wondering what to do next for long. The training available through online tutorials and webinars is exceptional and online documentation is excellent. I've been able to take my survey skills to a whole new level. I wouldn't go anywhere else for online surveys.

Comments: I was having problems logging-in due to an error on my part; however, at the time, I did not realize my mistake. When I reached out to talk to a "real" person through SurveyGizmo's tech support, the person who helped me was cordial, respectful, and determined to help me resolve my problem. I was getting so frustrated, and the tech support person patiently guided me through a number of strategies to utilize to help me resolve the problem. I really appreciate the company having such great tech support.

Comments: We have been working with SurveyGizmo for a while now, and we are very happy with the forms, customer service, and the company in general. We had some specific issues that we needed to address, and the developers at SurveyGizmo worked with us to meet our strict, specific needs. The surveys are easy to create and design, they are professional in appearance, and provide a lot of useful analytics once they are filled out by the respondents. The thing I appreciate the most is the quick responses when I email about a question or concern. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and they are a company that understands their customers want immediate help when an issue arises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to send out online surveys.

Comments: I have been using SurveyGizmo for 6 months now. I would say the surveys we do are quite advanced and I find that the SurveyGizmo tool has always been able to have the functionality we need.
If I have any questions the documentation available provides me with most of my answers, but for some of the more technical questions I have requires me to contact the support team on-line and I find they always get back to me within a couple of hours and they always have an answer for me.
The feedback and service is excellent - they even go out there way to record a tutorial so you can follow the steps you need make more easily.
The tool and customer support is much better than any previous tool I have used, Its flexible and not expensive. So glad we moved to SurveyGizmo.

Comments: I've found the Survey Gizmo software tops for user-friendliness in my small consulting business. If you elect to go for the upper levels of support, I doubt there is any questionnaire configuration that can't be addressed.

But, clients being the way they are, there's always something like "what is the red asterisk for--we don't like that" and I've always been able to either find the answer with a few searches of help--or failing that talking with someone who gets down to my problem right away.

Comments: We use SurveyGizmo for our CATI, CAPI and WAPI projects for 5 years already and we have personally seen how the platform has developed.

SG's technical team has always provided nice surprises by constantly upgrading the functionality and the amount of useful features for questionnaire programming.

The Enterprise account level is all that one could need for creating, in fact, unlimited customization of question types, logic and visualization. The JavaScript/ HTML/CSS console is among the best features as well as the STYLE menu for themes customization.

We are pretty sure that if SurveyGizmo continues upgrading we will soon have more great functionalities such as Conjoint Analysis and Heat Map custom question types. For example, some more sophisticated modules for special statistical analysis (for example a CBC, Choice based Conjoint, or Regression, etc.) would made our company a lifetime SG subscriber and we are sure we would not be alone in that :)

We have no doubt that SG team will keep the great performance!

While its power is as expected, SurveyGizmo is more user friendly than I had dare to hope.

Ian and Katilyn were able to help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. They seemed truly concerned and willing to help me as quickly and efficiently as possible. Comments: I really like using SurveyGizmo, it just seems so easy to use, to get around. I like everything about it - the colours, the styles, the icons and graphics, it's so easy to copy an old survey, extract what you need from it for the new one and discard the rest. All of it just seems so intuitive, whether it's adding logic to questions or creating reports from the completed responses, it's neat!
Whenever I get stuck , thinking, is there a way to do this thing that would make it pretty cool for the public, then I have a look through the help pages where there's lots of examples and the answers usually already there, like they've already pre-empted my needs!
The help is right there on the page where you are and once you've searched through it you're straight back into the survey again, which means that it's easy to pick up again from where you left off.
I like the way the support runs too. They never give me the feeling that they'd rather be doing something else, I always feel as if they have time to spend pinging emails back and forth and having a bit of chat along the way, like real people (where did they find them! lol!)
I've contacted the support probably 4 or 5 times when I've been really stuck and they've always provided me with the answer and even a wee bit more, like an easier way, or provided a couple of different options.
This is one of those sites where you can see that technology IS smart and really can be used to work for you.
If you asked me to sum all this up in a sentence, I'd have to say that, When I'm using SurveyGizmo it gives me the feeling that I'm going with the flow.

Comments: I came across SurveyGizmo while searching for a reliable website source. I am using it to collect data for my doctorate research. I would say that it is user friendly system which anyone will be able to create and use it effectively for data collection and also for compiling the collected data. It can be easily transferred SPSS too for further analysis.
And finally the price is affordable too and payment is on monthly basis. I love this website and introduced to all my MBA students.

Comments: Nathan was extremely prompt solving our PHAB Quiz email campaign "pause" problem.

In less than 2 hours of being notified of the problem, Nathan made contact with the Survey Gizmo office/staff that handles email campaigns, had our campaign requeued, and ensured 2,300 email notifications were sent out to our customers in the most expeditious fashion possible.

Comments: I'm a long time user of SurveyGizmo with a long history in survey design and implementation. I'm impressed with what the company has done over the last year or so to make SurveyGizmo easier to use. The new user interface makes it almost totally intuitive to design and build a survey. And, when it's not clear how to do something out of the ordinary, SurveyGizmo tech support is there to help and guide you.

My only concern is that the documentation, while vastly improved, doesn't always answer my more complex questions. Tech support always answers them. So, I expect the documentation will improve as tech support feeds answers to questions it has received to the documentation development team.

Comments: Very intuitive program for creating surprisingly complex and professional surveys! The email campaigns are a little more complicated but every time I send a question to customer service I get a fast and very thorough response (including screen shots.) I use the product with confidence that I will either be able to handle everything myself or they will go out of their way to help me get my survey and email campaign the way I need it, and fast! I highly recommend Survey Gizmo.

Comments: SurveyGizmo offers almost any "gizmo" or survey tool you could imagine, and what you don't have, they will most likely be willing to write for you with a couple of days' notice.

However, I find it very difficult to edit the styling of my questions, as I am forced to add html tags instead of being able to click e.g. Font = Arial, Font size = 14 etc.

Comments: I had a tricky problem I needed help with. After stressing a little and trying the 'help' videos, i gave in and emailed customer support, not really expecting any response.
I had the response with 15 minutes (although it said it could take up to 24 hours) and the reply was through with easy-to-follow instructions that made sense!

Comments: Okay this was definitely my screw up and when I went to their customer service tab... I had to submit a ticket (scary). Anyway since I was panicked I called their phone line and tada... all my issues were resolved and to top it off - I'm a "Free" client user. I created a survey and decided to join under their free option. Once I did that the survey I created was placed on cyber-lock down but my awesome tech help (Wendy) went that extra step and got me restored. Anyway - Fan for Life! Besides who wants a "monkey" when you can have a Gizmo!

Comments: Gathering data has been made a breeze with the tools provided by SurveyGizmo. But don't let their name fool you, its not just surveys that this system can help with: anything that requires users to enter data into a form can be captured really simply.

Their system takes something that could be a really compelx and error prone task into something thats actually a pleasure to use. From creating something very simple, like a small form to something complex that needs logic, multiple pages and data piping - there is nothing it can't cope with.

And if you get stuck? Well if their numerous and comprehensive help pages dont get you going then their rapid and knowledgable support staff are an email or phone call away to figure it out. I've needed help on a few occasions and each time I have been bowled over by the level of technical expertise and the speed of the response.

We've been a customer for years and I fully expect to be so for a long time to come.

Comments: I'm so glad I made the choice to go with SurveyGizmo a few years ago - that was when I worked for a large organisation's UX team; since then I've recommended it to a subsequent employer, and use it myself now that I'm a freelance researcher. It's very user-friendly and has all the features and capabilities I would expect from a survey tool, plus a few useful extras. Most of all, I'm constantly delighted by their over-and-above customer service: from the first year I signed up and got a handwritten thank you card, to the last time I emailed them wondering if a particular question type was possible, and got a reply within two hours with a screencast showing me how to do it. Totally awesome.

Comments: Our firm, Microscopy/Microscopy Education, has been doing user based market research since 1991, on the web for over 10 years. When our previous service provider was acquired, we lost a great deal of the original functionality so began looking for new vendor. With over 15 parameters on our search list, SurveyGizmo came out the clear winner. We have been using them now for about two years and are absolutely delighted. Unlike many programmers, they are really easy to understand. Their videos are great learning tools and when you have a question, they always have a creative solution. Every one there really listens, from the tech support person on the phone all the way up to the CEO. We recommend them highly.

Comments: I have been using surveygizmo for 3 years now and what sets them appart from the other companies is the support. I think the most I have ever waited to hear back on a support ticket was 8 hours (overnight), except when I had to wait a few weeks because their engineers would incorporate a NEW FEATURE for me, not just a bug fix, but actively creating new tools based on my feedback and my needs... and I'm just on a lowly free student account. 6 stars for customer service!

Comments: I have been using SurveyGizmo for quite a few years now and I'm almost always able to get the survey or form to look and work exactly the way I'd like it to. Sometimes I have a little trouble finding the feature I need or how to do something but the online help is pretty good. The customer service and support, though, is incredible. They answer my questions very quickly usually in within a couple hours at most. They show me how to fix my problem, and make sure that I understand how to do it. The built in email service is great too, I can upload a list of emails and the survey will go out. I recommend this to everyone in my office.

SurveyGizmo has a slick design that no other online survey software has. The edges, the color palette, the little illustrations everywhere. They just make your day, and make your work look way more professional. The interface is super intuitive and they have FAQ's and video demonstrations on pretty much everything!
About their Pricing...
The pricing is really affordable, and they give you a 50% discount on any plan if you are a student! And you also get discounts if you run an NGO. What could be better?
I am currently using the SOLO plan, paying only $8 (if I weren't a student i'd be paying $16), and I get all these incredible features, types of questions, customizable reports in both .cvs and.xls, and much more.
Besides that, whenever you are not using the account, you can "freeze" it so that the billing stops, and whenever you want to use it again you just start paying; the best part is that all of your information, responses, mailing lists and projects will be stored.
Their Customer Service...
Every time I've had a doubt or some trouble shooting, I would just write an email to Customer Service and they responded quickly, promptly, and always solving my problems. They are probably the best out there.

To sum up, just use SurveyGizmo. You will not regret it.

Comments: I've been working with Survey Gizmo for about two months. In my experience, it takes less than a minute to get one of them online. They are always - I mean, always! - upbeat, helpful and on-the-ball. They are really patient, helping you to learn to think like the software so you can manage it better for yourself, instead of treating you like an idiot and doing everything for you - unless you want that. They make learning fun. And their software is incredibly logical and easy to use.

Pros: ¿ they answer your call in under one minute ¿ they are upbeat, helpful, and on-the-ball - all of them! ¿ a new one can easily pick up where the last one left off with you ¿ their software is very logical and they know how to teach you to use it ¿

Comments: Survey Gizmo has the greatest customer service of any vendor ever! The support team is fast, knowledgeable and frankly just fun to talk with as you work thru the process. I must admit 10 out 10 times the issue has been on my end (setup, configuration or coding). Never have I been made to feel uneasy or a burden on their system as the support person patiently worked with me.

The service offers a unique combination of ease-of-use, tremendous flexibility and a rich set of capabilities and customization. Comments: I've used SurveyGizmo for a while now and it is my platform of choice for the surveys that i provide to my clients. Why? Well, I've always found the tool to be extremely flexible and the data capture & export options allow for rich integration with other systems. As such the SurveyGizmo platform allows us to deploy surveys in a strategic manner and thus implement effective customer feedback programmes (see: analyt.co.uk/blog/effective-customer-feedback.html) for brand both large and small. The user interface is also pleasant to work with - different skins can also be applied which is a nice touch. I've also just had an issue where an incorrect link was sent out to a large number of people, and the support from SurveyGizmo was fantastic - they implemented a re-direct from the incorrect link to the correct one within the space of about an hour. So, great product AND great service - not a bad combo.

Ease of Use

Comments: We really enjoyed working with Gizmo. We used Gizmo after evaluating about 20 survey tools. Main reason has been the detailed reporting opportunities which has already been included in the monthly offer (while at surveymonkey you need at least a full year contract for all the features).

Just 3 Points in the ease of use has only been given because the User team is German and Gizmo has no multi language backend. Besides the ease of use is great.

Cons: Support hours are US WestCoast based.

Comments: I really feel that SurveyGizmo went over and above in making our survey a success. They have the only functional offline survey on the market that we've had any success with.

Pros: Small, nimble, company that seems to be excited about their product.
