Pros

Easy-to-use and customer support was easy to reach and was able to solve any problems I had.

Cons

I wish finding the reports that I need was easier. Also would like to see more options to filter and get specific information.

### "Great Option for SA Practices"

Pros

Software was easy to use, fun and functional. Able to create forms, import and export data, and track a generous portion of information

Cons

Unfortunately, we are a practice specialized in poultry medicine. Most of the forms did not apply to use, and we were looking (and still are) for software to be more aimed towards large animal medicine. While there were a lot of functional applications of this software, it just wasn't right for us.

Pros

Truly paperless, ease of access - I've written records from my tablet while getting an oil change. Value.

Cons

I would like it to be a little more streamlined switching from patient to patient. I have an large exotics caseload and I can't enter all the species I need.

The ease of use. Much easier to train employees with hippo vs training experience with other veterinarian softwares.

Cons

I would like to see hippo inter grated with heska and add an employee time clock

We are a startup practice and chose Hippo based on it's overall ease of use and the fact that it was cloud based. It is extremely user friendly, and I love charting with this software. The customer service is outstanding, Sam is always there to answer questions and come up with quick fixes when needed.

Pros: EHR, Scheduling and billing all rolled into one easy-to-use package. Uploading pictures, scans, etc. is simple. Incredible customer service and responsiveness. Cons: Not integrated to financial software (like Quickbooks) but neither were any of the other solutions that we evaluated.
