Pros: Ease of implementation, and fast adoption for my B2B inside sales team. Seamless plug in with Salesforce (SFDC) and no technical support was needed to get it up and running. Ability to pre-record multiple voicemails and set call dispositions that automatically sync to SFDC is a huge time saver for my sales team, allowing them to spend more time on outreach. Any questions are immediately responded to by their amazing support team. Easily manage user base.

Cons: There a little room for improvement on report around time based reporting for larger scale businesses that utilize the platform.

Pros: The ease of use. It's really easy to use. It really cuts my time in half. I easily would refer others to this device

Overall: It cut my workload in half.. it was so easy to use. And I was always able to reach support
I have told my friends and fellow gaents about it. I am so happy I found out about it. There are other phone burners out there but none can compare with this.

Pros: This program made this really convenient especially for an entrepreneur and business person like myself.

Cons: I did not like that for me it was slow, I'm not sure if it is this way for most customers but maybe it was my system.

Pros: As a Leader being able to see how many calls are actually being made is massive! Helps us coach at a entirely different level.

Overall: We are in the beginning stages of a larger role out and have yet to integrate SFDC. Phone Burner can do it but my company has yet to allow it so that would be a big win once fully integrated.

This is a game changer!

Pros: This was the best choice for our business. After vetting many options, we chose PhoneBurner because it was robust and the best value for the money. We're still in our first week and we've already increased our KPIs. What I love most is that our team is raving excited about it!

Pros: It is one of the only legal softwares to cold call prospects that have not reached out to you initially. Uploading large lists and calling through them is seriously a breeze. I also love how you can customize your interface to automatically move/delete contacts easily while not interrupting your call session.

Cons: It is a bit pricey for an independent broker. I'm just starting out, and I feel that there could be more features to make it worth the monthly price. But If you can afford it, it's a really nice asset to have in your prospecting.

Comments: Simple to use, sales staff and management love it. As we grow we will continue to give a license to each sales rep!

Pros: Our sales team has gotten so much more productive! The love the fact you can upload a contact list and send emails and leave voicemails so easy!

Cons: It's not free. There are no con's, we tried the free trail and our entire team has embraced the system within a few weeks.

I've tried them all, believe me.

Comments: As for functionality, service, price, ease of use, transparency, and consistency Phone Burner is in a league of its own. No hidden fees or charges, no miscellaneous feature upgrades that cost money, no paying per minute on top of the monthly fee. Phone Burner does what it says it does, and quite honestly, does it even better than it claims. Get the free trial if you don't believe me, you'll be sold - at least I was.

Pros: There is not a feature you need that Phone Burner doesn't provide. I have a team that varies in experience levels, and technical aptitude and they all enjoy Phone Burner far more than any of the others we have tried (We have tried them all, yes, even that one) - Everything is so intelligently designed that it's a plug and play application, and the customizations of dispositions couldn't be easier. The customer service is helpful, kind, and consistent. I've had systems prior where we were actually billed for trouble shooting - Phone burner's LEAD ENGINEER went as far as to help me with a CSV file I was admittedly getting jammed up with. It should also be mentioned that the price-point is lower than the competitors and if you are debating on a CRM the automation of the Phone Burner platform out of the box is deeper and more intuitive than many systems I've made the mistake of paying for prior. Phone Burner has it all - it's really that simple.

Cons: I wish they integrated with my ZOHO CRM but importing - updating files - exporting back isn't bad because of all the customization available. Most importantly word around the campfire is they're going to be integrating with the Zoho CRM sooner than later.. looking forward to that.

Cons: No notes section

Overall: It's great. Sometimes the product bugs down but I think that it is my computer.

Also adding a notes section and linking it to SF or any CRM would be very Helpful

Comments: The experience has been positive.It does everything we need it to do.

Pros: Shotgunning out leads first come first serve, And the ability to auto email and voicemail a client along with tracking the experience. No contract

Cons: Up until a month ago, there was no individual billing but that has been rectified.

Recommendations to other buyers: Clearly, spell out your needs and my rep from phone burner will work with you.

Comments: We as a start up company chose Phone Burner, because of it's ease of use and ability to help expedite the business development process. Staff is limited so we have to make the most of our time and Phone Burner is great at helping us go through lists of cold leads. If you want to transform your cold calling into a day killer into an hour killer give phone burner a shot.

Pros: Ease of set up. Ease of use. Ease of exporting result data.

Cons: All software has flaws, but phone burner is just easy to use nothing stands out as a con.

Recommendations to other buyers: Set up is light, so it is easy to pop up a list and get going.

Pros: Customer Support is always available. John and Jeff have given me and my company all the help on specialized items that have been requested. Very professional staff and system.

Overall: Hi Jeff and John, your PhoneBurner system works great. Out of the last 165 dials I have connected with 10 very strong ¿potential clients¿. I was able to call the 165 individuals in just under 2 and a half hours (2:26) to be exact. I have agents in my office come up to me throughout the day looking over my should to see what I am doing. Comments: I have been on the Phone Burner dialer for over 6 months now. We have had great success in easily ramping our SDR's up through the dialer. Scripts, automatic voicemail's and emails have worked to increase our contact ratio's. The customer support has been amazing from our Account Executive down to the on-boarding and technical team.

Pros: Easy to use, scripts are easy to integrate. Training was simple. Would recommend this to others that run an SDR team.

Cons: Waiting on the 2 way integration with Hubspot. Once that can occur this will be even a more robust solution.

Comments: Imagine hiring a Virtual Assistant who can actually perfectly multi-task, something humans think they can, but can't.
Phone Burner is so awesome, I'd give it 10/5 if I could, or 100/10. It has far exceeded my expectations for ease of use, comprehensive features, really cool things I discover every day that have me go WOW. It can send emails, leave voice drops, dial numbers, text you reminders, and even stop you from calling people before 9am and after 9pm - which I would have done this morning by mistake, and Phone Burner - stopped me - smart system :)
It does all those things behind the scenes while you just talk to live prospects. It is so efficient, professional, and productive, I would say, you must try it, and see for yourself...you will buy it after that...and I don't get paid any incentive at all to say that...I am a CPA not prone to reviews - this is the second one in my life...check it out and get 3 times more productive...

Comments: A friend clued me into PB & I was skeptical at 1st. But my first night I doubled my appointment sets. I can only work my scheduler job Mon-Wed-Fri but when I'm in the office I set 2x anyone else. I have to create my own CSV format for upload from the database we use. I do that at home the night before. PB dialing allows me to reach more ppl & leave more messages resulting in more callbacks. Yesterday PB dialed 150 numbers in 3.5 hours. I left 101 voicemails, reached 35 people & scheduled 19. The goal in the office is schedule 10 per day. No one has asked what I'm doing different, I'm just always #1 on the days I work. I pay for PB out of my own pocket...and I'm not revealing my secret weapon. It's well worth my investment.

He asked me questions (Thank God) that were relevant to my existing needs, and didn't product puke. Also, Austin LISTENS! Whoever raised him, should be very proud. The Director of Business Development at PhoneBurner John Greene reached out to thank me for considering Phone Burner WOWZERS! Why WOWZERS? When does a Director of Business Development reach out to anyone, for anything besides problems? I'll wait... Can't forget Jeff Osness he admitted and took FULL BLAME for not responding to my customer request. Come on now, Where in American History will someone take blame for anothers actions? LEADERSHIP! Comments: I love how easy this product is to use! After trying out many other predictive dialers, I was relived when I finally tried PhoneBurner. It has the easiest UI and the program was so simple to learn. The production boost was excellent, but what really sets PhoneBurner apart is how much customization you have over your software! The ability to disposition a call, move a prospect to a designated folder, and send them a follow-up email can be done with a single click, and I never have to stop dialing. Customer service is superb! 5 Stars!

Comments: I own a lead-gen startup and manage a team of remote sales reps. My background is in phone sales and call-center management so I've used and researched many dialers. Phoneburner blows everything out of the water for the price and simplicity. I'm excited for new features to come - it's been essential to my first 4 months of growth!

Customer service is unreal - crazy friendly, speedy responses. I'm far from tech-savvy and Jeff has been so patient walking me through every detail to make this machine run!

I especially love the ability to forward all returning calls to by cell phone - the detailed and simple to use follow up calendar + notifications - and the customizable dialer interface

All I need now are more detailed diagnostic tools for tracking campaigns and I'll be golden! (please and thanks!)

Comments: I'm with a small start-up where we need to increase our customer base rapidly and cold calling is a large part of that plan. PhoneBurner has allowed us to increase the amount of calls our BDRs can make dramatically. We love how easy the platform is to use and how you can build your own automation buttons

Pros: Massive increases in calls/day, leave a vm and send follow up email with at the touch of a button

Comments: Phone burner makes calling difficult to reach people pleasurable. I am focused now on my message instead of where the next number is to dial. I was a long time Sales force user and replaced it with phone Burner because I realized the top of the funnel is what counts. Managing customers is easier than getting customers. I had a concern about the follow-up call and it being in my daily call activity stream. Jeff pointed me to labs an exactly what I wanted was there. This is the closest think to the Wolf of Wall Streets Ferris Wheel. Great job guys you built the #coldcallingmachine!!!

Comments: PhoneBurner is super easy to use and has a ton of amazing features. Anyone can log in and easily pick up how to use this system. Email follow up, custom lists, no delays when calling, tons of customizable features. PhoneBurner is definitely the best autodialer on the market!

Comments: I've been using PhoneBurner for over 5 years and I can't even imagine what I would do without it. It has been critical in my efficiency of dialing prospects, and I even use it for Member follow-up. I can make at least 3 times the number of calls in a time period compared to manual dials.

Pros: The company is consistently adding valuable features to make our job easier. I only have to focus on speaking to people. PhoneBurner takes care of the rest.

Comments: Before using PhoneBurner, cold calling was an immense pain in the neck. Smiling and dialing was more like frowning and dialing. Not only was it tedious, it was exhausting leaving voicemail after voicemail. Not to mention, I grew so sick of hearing my own voice. PhoneBurner not only made cold calling and follow up easier, it actually made it fun. I tripled the amount of calls, voicemails and emails that I was sending. The only time I had to speak was when someone actually answered the phone. There are other solutions out there, but none give you the ease, functionality and affordability that PhoneBurner will give you. You can even integrate with SalesForce.com!! Keep up the good work, PhoneBurner!

Comments: We have been using Phone Burner for our national marketing agency (Insurance) for over a year now and it has been the most important tool for us in our marketing arsenal. We have had as many as 5 seats at one time active. I have made suggestions for improvement and the team is so responsive that often my suggestions are implemented within the week. The level of customer support is top notch. Can't say enough good things about Phone Burner

Pros: Completely intuitive and user-friendly. Full of great features

Cons: Any cons I've had usually get addressed and fixed by the tech team. And I'm very picky so I've sent in a lot of minor bug fixes and suggestions. So the cons usually don't remain an issue for long.

Comments: Only use phone burner minimally, but it helps to grind through large portions of data. I use it mainly when I have a list of contacts with titles I am not sure about, that way I can clear out any bad data.

Comments: Great product that is easy to customize so that it fits your process. I used the tool when I was an SDR at QuotaFactory. Before PhoneBurner we were making about 50 manual dials a day and I was able to more than double my output after taking advantage of the dialing software. I used it mostly for new data lists that needed to be scrubbed for bad or incorrect information prior to being put into a normal prospecting process.

Comments: PhoneBurner is an incredible tool that allows you to call an abundance of prospects in a fraction of the time. You will never have to waste your time manually punching in numbers or look for that next person in your call plan. Simply input as many names as you would like into the tool and watch as name after name pops up once the previous call is ended. A great tool for all individuals making outbound dials!

Comments: I've used PhoneBurner a couple times so far and it's been working really well for me. I've been able to pick out contacts that I want to call and with a few clicks of the mouse I'm making calls. It's easy to navigate and use. I've been able to make a lot more calls off of a Burner session than manually putting the numbers in my phone and calling which has been great.

Comments: It was tricky to get started but the support staff was IMMEDIATELY responsive and got us running in MINUTES. They held our hand and cared how the campaign went, my best experience with any vendor hands down the best dialer out there.

Comments: I have used a wide variety of prospecting tools over the last 2.5 years, and phoneburner is one of the more effective ones that I've come across so far. Very user friendly, and native salesforce integration is also a huge plus. My favorite features so far are the custom workflows that you can create specifically to your own prospecting rhythms & cadence. By using phoneburner I can work much quicker through cold pipeline and find decision makers, which gives me more time to do focused selling and work nurtured prospects more effectively. Would recommend this tool to anyone, and will continue to keep using it for the foreseeable future.

Comments: This product is the best for cold calling. When I am not following up on tasks I am phone burning. Everything is great. The only issue I have is I always get a no contacts selected error. All I have to do is log back in to sales-force and continue from there. The integration with sales force makes everything so easy.

Comments: I have never worked with PhoneBurner before moving to this company, and I absolutely love the system! I think it is a great way to quickly reach out to unresponsive or target contact accounts. It is so easy and I love how simple it is to change dispositions so that you can make it unique daily to whatever it is you are doing. It keeps my hands free so I can get more work done and allows me to bang out a ton of dials and make good contacts.

Comments: I have been using Phoneburner off and on for the past couple years and it has been a fantastic tool for getting through dials quickly and efficiently. The interface and setup take a little bit of prep-work, but once that it set, you can set it to crank. Superb technology for getting in touch with your contacts promptly!

Comments: I have used this tool personally and rely on it for my team of SDRs. It allows the call volume to increase by at least double what a manual approach would yield. It has automated voicemail and emails that streamline the process even further. The integration with SFDC is great too. The only thing that hinders the tool is the data you are calling into. If you have an accurate DB you will see results!

Comments: They have an excellent trial program which has no time limitations only limitation a total minutes used. So if you sign up for a trial and don't get to it, it doesn't expire on you for the first 30 days it continues until you've used your minutes.
Their business practice is true SUBSCRIPTION -- Sign-up monthly, continue month-to-month. No expensive upfront implementation cost, no long-term contract. I love their ROLLOVER Minutes policy where they allow you to roll over unused minutes from this month to the next month so that your investment is protected.
It's super easy to create a list from either leads or contacts. Just select your leads upload them and you're dialing away. I also like the Salesforce.com integration.
An extremely demanding request I had was integration with my existing system. PhoneBurner worked with me tirelessly and efficiently and very quickly to fully integrate into my own community environment, smoothly navigating a tricky technological hurdle that salesforce.com had in place. They just took care of it.
Audio quality was not compromised during our trial as it was with other dialing solutions. The interface is extremely easy to use. The integration with salesforce.com makes it a cinch. The ease of recording voicemail and send email is also a huge plus.
But easily the biggest clincher for their superior performance is the PhoneBurner organization itself. Jeff Osness was an extremely responsive and accountable stakeholder in our success.
When I find an application that does what it says I'm a huge fan. But the real test for me is always whether the organization will support me when I need them. Phone burner more than satisfied on both counts.
